نهاية المفاوضات
وعود حكومة نظام الأسد حول عودة مياه بردى مرهونة بالمستجدات العسكرية التي توضح عدم التزام النظام، والاغتيال الأخير ينهي الاتفاقية
بعد العديد من المحاولات الفاشلة لاقتحام أراضي وادي بردى وتركيز القصف على منطقة بسيمة رغم بدء اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، وفي ظل استمرار انقطاع المياه عن دمشق، تقدمت أخيراً حكومة الإجرام بإجراء خطوات تفاوضية سعيًا للتوصل إلى اتفاق مع الثوار لوقف إطلاق النار مقابل ادخال ورشات صيانة لإعادة ضخ المياه إلى العاصمة.
تضاعفت أسعار المياه في دمشق لتصل إلى أسعار خيالية حيث تباع عبوة لتر من المياه بمبلغ يصل إلى 300 ليرة في بعض الأحيان، وتقنين شديد لوصول المياه إلى المنازل علماً أنها من آبار ملوثة غير خاضعة لأي عملية تكرير وتنقية لتكون صالحة للشرب، ونتيجة الكثير من الضغوطات من أهالي دمشق وبعد فشل كل محاولات النظام في السيطرة على منطقة وادي بردى، بدئت مفاوضات ما بين النظام والثوار.
رغم الاتفاق على وقف إطلاق النار ورفع العلم على منشئة نبع عين الفيجة إلا أن النيران لم تتوقف
بدء وصول ورشات الصيانة التي لم تسلم من استمرار عمليات القصف، حيث تم استهداف الوفد المفاوض اثناء تواجده بالقرب من نبع عين الفيجة مما اضطرهم إلى الاختباء لدى الأهالي، كما تعطلت سيارات تابعة لورشات الصيانة نتيجة استهدافها، فيما يبدوا أن الوعود المقدمة مجرد أكاذيب، لتنتهي الأمور إلى اغتيال رئيس الوفد التفاوضي عن أهالي وادي بردى اللواء المتقاعد أحمد الغضبان أمام وفد النظام بيد العميد قيس فروة أحد قادة الحرس الجمهوري الذي لم يتوانى للحظة عن استمرار القصف بالتعاون مع حزب الله الإرهابي رافضين لأي مصالحة وطنية.
تدخل إيجابي وهمي
أعلنت المؤسسة العامة للخزن والتسويق عن إطلاق حملة تدخل في السوق بداية من يوم الجمعة 13/01/2017 لتقوم بتوزيع صناديق مياه معدنية واسطوانات غاز في مناطق محددة بالسعر الرسمي.
الحملة الأخير المسماة بالتدخل الإيجابي تستهدف بضعة مناطق محددة لا تطال عدد بسيط من العائلات في دمشق، فيما يبدوا أنه أقصى ما تستطيع تقديمه الحكومة الحالية للمواطنين موهمة إياهم باهتمامها بشؤون المواطنين.
تبقى أزمة المياه في دمشق رهينة آلة القتل العسكرية المباركة إيرانياً ومشاركة مليشيات حزب الله الإرهابية.
