على الرغم من الخسائر التي مُني بها تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” في الريف الشمالي لمدينة حلب وريف محافظة الرقة، وطرد مقاتليه من مُدن وبلدات سورية عديدة، كشف محللون وخبراء في الأمن والدفاع بمؤسسة “ IHS Markit” لمتابعة الصراعات، أن التنظيم لم يخسر إلّا ثلث الأراضي التي كان يسيطر عليها؛ مقارنةً مع تلك المساحات التي امتدّ نفوذه إليها بعد إعلانه ما سمّي وقتذاك بـ “الخلافة الإسلامية” في 29 حزيران/ يونيو 2014.
وذكرت المؤسسة الدولية في آخر تقرير صدر عنها بتاريخ 18 من شهر كانون الأول/ يناير الفائت، أنّ التنظيم: “مُني العام الماضي بخسائر غير مسبوقة في الأراضي، بما في ذلك مناطق رئيسية وحيوية لمشروع الحكم الخاص به”.
بلدة دابق التاريخية
وقال “كولومب ستراك” مدير المؤسسة البحثية في تصريحات صحفية، إنّ التنظيم: “نجح رغم هذه الخسائر باستعادة مدينة تدمر الأثرية، بالتزامن مع استعادة النظام السوري السيطرة على مدينة حلب”.
وعاد مسلحو التنظيم ليسيطروا مرة ثانية على مدينة تدمر الصحراوية في 12 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر العام الماضي، فيما كانوا قد استولوا عليها أول مرة بتاريخ 21 أيّار/ مايو 2015.
واستعادت فصائل “درع الفرات” في 15 تشرين الأوّل/ أكتوبر العام الماضي، السيطرة على بلدة دابق التي تبعد حوالي 10 كيلومترات عن الحدود التركيّة، وكانت تحمل دلالة رمزيّة وتاريخية لدى عناصر التنظيم، إذ أطلقوا اسمها على مجلتهم الصادرة باللغة الإنكليزيّة.
وكان الجيش التركي قد أطلق عمليّة “درع الفرات” في 24 آب/ أغسطس العام الماضي، بهدف تنظيف المنطقة الحدوديّة من الطرف السوري من عناصر “تنظيم الدولة”، ومنع تقدّم المقاتلين الأكراد، وربط مناطق نفوذهم الواقعة بين شرق نهر الفرات وغربه.
وأوضح العقيد هيثم العفيسي قائد “اللواء 51” وهو ضابط في غرفة عمليات “درع الفرات” إنّ “الهدف الرئيسي من الحملة إنشاء منطقة آمنة في الشمال السوري”.
جرابلس والراعي
وذكر العفيسي أنّ الوجهة التالية للحملة العسكرية هي مدينة الباب، وتعدّ آخر جيب بيد مقاتلي التنظيم في ريف حلب.
ولدى لقائه مع مجلة “طلعنا عالحرية” قال العقيد العفيسي: “نعمل على إنشاء منطقة آمنة مساحتها 5 آلاف كيلومتر مربّع بمحاذاة الحدود التركيّة”، مضيفاً: “ليتمكن أهلنا المهجّرين والنازحين من العودة إلى منطقة سوريّة آمنة خالية من التنظيمات الإرهابيّة”.
وتمكّنت فصائل “درع الفرات” من انتزاع أبرز معاقل التنظيم من على الحدود السوريّة- التركيّة، باستيلائها على بلدة الراعي الحدوديّة في 27 آب/ أغسطس العام الماضي، وسيطرت على مدينة جرابلس في 24 من الشهر نفسه، وكانت ترزح تحت حكم التنظيم منذ كانون الثاني/ يناير 2014.
وقبل عام ونصف كان يسيطر التنظيم على نصف مساحة سوريا. وقد شكّل سبع ولايات داخل مناطق سيطرته وهي: ولاية الرقّة وولاية حلب، إضافةً إلى ولاية البركة والمقصود بها محافظة الحسكة، أما ولاية الفرات فكان يقصد بها محافظة دير الزور، بالإضافة إلى ولايات دمشق وحماة وحمص.
ووفقاً لبيانات مؤسسة “ IHS Markit” فإنّ التنظيم فقد 23% من أراضيه خلال 2016، بينما خسر في 2015 حوالي 14% فقط.
كوباني ومنبج وتل أبيض
وتمكّنت قوّات “سوريا الديمقراطيّة” من انتزاع مدينة منبج بريف حلب الشرقيّ، في 13 آب/ أغسطس العام الماضي، من قبضة مقاتلي التنظيم المتشدّد.
وذكر رئيس إدارة منبج الشيخ فاروق الماشي في لقائه مع مجلة “طلعنا عالحرية” أنّ: “منبج كانت عصيّة على كلّ المحتلّين، بمن فيهم تنظيم داعش والفكر الإرهابيّ”، منوهاً إنها مدينة الثقافة والشعر والشعراء “حيث عاش فيها الشاعر عمر أبو ريشة والبحتري، ولهذا تكنّى بمدينة البحتري، وتولّى إمارتها إبّان عهد الدولة الحمدانيّة الشاعر الأمير أبو فراس الحمداني”.
أمّا في شمال شرق سوريا، فقد طردت قوّات “سورية الديمقراطيّة” عناصر التنظيم من بلدة الشدادي في جنوب محافظة الحسكة في 19 شباط/ فبراير من العام الماضي، وقبلها بلدة الهول في 13 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2015.
وانتزعت هذه القوّات مدينة تلّ أبيض الحدوديّة التابعة لمحافظة الرقّة في 15 حزيران/ يونيو 2015، كما طردت “وحدات حماية الشعب” الكرديّة وتشكل العماد العسكري لقوات “سورية الديمقراطية”، عناصر التنظيم من مدينة كوباني/ عين العرب في 26 شباط/ فبراير 2015.

ويعزو الكاتب منصور العمري توسّع نفوذ تنظيم “الدولة الإسّلامية” في سوريا لعوامل عدّة. وشرح في تصريحه لـ “طلعنا عالحرية”، أهمّها: “انسحاب الجيش النظاميّ من نقاط عسكريّة استراتيجيّة كثيرة تضمّ مخازن أسلحة وذخائر، مثل مطار الطبقة العسكريّ بالرقة”، مضيفاً: “تنظيم داعش سيطر على أراضٍ في سوريا والعراق منذ صيف 2014، أي ما يعادل مساحة المملكة المتّحدة البريطانية”.
واستخلص العمري مصادر تمويله التي يستمد منها، وذكر أنّ: “تجارة النفط إثر سيطرته على منابعه في شرق سوريا، إضافة إلى أموال الرهائن التي تلقّاها من حكومات أوروبيّة، والتمويل المباشر من أفراد في دول الخليج وغيرها من دول العالم، كل ذلك أسهم في قوّة التنظيم الماليّة”.
ومع قرب حسم التحالف الدوليّ معركة الموصل في شمال العراق، تتّجه الأنظار إلى معركة الرقّة والتي حوّلها التنظيم إلى عاصمته الافتراضية، ويشير “كولومب ستراك” مدير مؤسسة “IHS Markit” أنّ: “الرقة تمثل قلب التنظيم لذلك لن يتركها بدون قتال، واستعادتها تتطلب تدخلاً برياً كبيراً”.
