طلعنا عالحرية
أصدرت النيابة العامة في مدينة دوما بالغوطة الشرقية صباح اليوم 8 أذار 2017 قراراً يقضي “بإغلاق كافة المقرات العائدة لمجلة طلعنا ع الحرية و شبكة حراس الطفولة وكل مؤسسة آو مجلة مرتبطة بهم وذلك لحين محاكمتهم أمام القضاء.” كما تضمن القرار ” إحالة كتاب إلى مديرية منطقة دوما لإغلاق المقرات وختمها بالشمع الاحمر وتنظيم ضبط بذلك”.
وجاء ذلك على أثر الاستياء العام من المقال الذي تم نشره في مجلة طلعنا عالحرية بعنوان “يا بابا شيلني” للكاتب شوكت غرز الدين، والذي تم حذفه والاعتذار عنه من قبل أدارة المجلة أكثر من مرة.
وكان قد سبق القرار شكوى مقدمة الى القضاء ضد “شبكة حراس”، والتي بحسب الشكوى هي صاحبة المقال الذي تم نشره عبر مجلة طلعنا عالحرية، وبالرغم من كون المقال للكاتب “شوكت غرز الدين” هو مقال رأي لا علاقة له بشبكة حراس لا من قريب ولا من بعيد، إلا أن القرار أمر باغلاق كافة المقرات العائدة لمجلة طلعنا عالحرية والمقرات العائدة لشبكة حراس وكل مؤسسة أو مجلة مرتبطة بهم وذلك لحين محاكمتهم أمام القضاء.
كما صدر بنفس اليوم 08/03/2017 قرار اداري من معبر باب الهوى يقتضي بمنع دخول مجلة طلعنا عالحرية عبر معبر باب الهوى إلى المناطق المحررة، بالإضافة إلى رفع دعوى قضائية على المجلة كشخصية اعتبارية، ورفع دعوى قضائية على الكاتب كشخصية حقيقية.
من جهتها أكدت إدارة مجلة طلعنا عالحرية أنها هي الوحيدة المعنية بالأمر وهي المسؤولة عن نشر المقال الذي تم حذفه والاعتذار عنه علناً مرتين. واستهجنت تضمين القرار وتنفيذه ضد مؤسسات مدنية عديدة لا علاقة لها بالمجلة، وتعمل في الغوطة الشرقية باستقلال تام عنها، وتقدم الكثير من الخدمات الضرورية للسكان القابعين تحت الحصار منذ سنوات.
مجلة مستقلة، تعنى بشؤون الثورة السورية، نصف شهرية، تطبع وتوزع داخل سوريا وفي عدد من مخيمات اللجوء والتجمعات السورية في الخارج
