67 إمرأة قتلن والعديد من الإصابات إحداهن حُرمت من الإنجاب وثانية أصبحت مقعدة

لا تغيب عن مخيلة “أمل العلوش” تفاصيل إصابتها أثناء الشجار الذي نشب بين أخيها وأحد رجال قريتها، والذي تطور لإطلاق النار من قبل الأخير، مما أدى لإصابتها بثلاث طلقات، استؤصلت على إثرها الكلية والرحم.. لكنها تعاني الألم منذ وقوع الحادثة، حيث ازداد انتشار السلاح بين المدنيين في إدلب وشمال غربي سوريا بعد سنوات من الحرب دون رادع، مما كان له أثره الواضح على جميع الفئات الاجتماعية، وخاصة النساء اللواتي واجهن إصابات متعددة، أولها الجروح والحروق وليس آخرها القتل والإعاقة!
تروي أمل البالغة من العمر (26 سنة) المتحدرة من معرة النعمان بريف إدلب، ونازحة بمخيمات أطمة الحدودية مع تركيا، تفاصيل الحادثة لتقول: “كنت في حديقة المنزل أتفقد بعض الشجيرات والأزهار حين سمعت صوت شجار بين أخي ورجل آخر، دفعني الخوف على أخي والفضول لمعرفة ما يجري للإسراع إلى مكان الشجار” وتتابع: “فوجئت بإشهار السلاح والضرب بشكل عشوائي.. ما أدى لإصابتي على الفور”.
وبصوت مبحوح وكلمات بالكاد تسمع تضيف قائلة: “استئصال الرحم.. هذا يعني حرماني من الإنجاب مدى الحياة.. حين شعرت بألم فظيع في أحشائي، خِلت أنها النهاية.. واستيقظت من جديد في غرفة العناية المشددة لأفاجئ باستئصال أكثر من عضو داخلي”!
وأمل متزوجة ولديها طفلة وحيدة، كانت تحلم بإنجاب أخ أو أخت لابنتها، غير أن إصابتها حرمتها ذاك الحلم.
أما “فاطمة القاسم” الفتاة العشرينية من قرية الدير الشرقي، مازالت تكابد عواقب إصابتها بالشلل، بعد استقرار طلقة طائشة من زوجها في عمودها الفقري، أثناء شجاره مع أقربائه. تقول فاطمة والألم يعتصر قلبها إن أكثر ألم إصابتها هو تخلي زوجها عنها وتنصله من مسؤولية الاهتمام بها وعلاجها: “والأنكى من ذلك كله تبرئته من قبل المحاكم القائمة، وعدم إلزامه بأي نفقة أو مسؤولية، بعد اعتبار الأمر (حادثة غير مقصودة)”.. وتتابع: “وها هو ينعم بحياته بعد زواجه بأخرى، بينما أنا أعيش الإعاقة بكل تفاصيلها بعد أن قضى على مستقبلي وأحلامي”.
ولم يقف أمر انتشار السلاح عند إصابة بعض النساء بآلام وعاهات مستدامة، بل أودى بحياة أخريات، كمصير نهلة العمر (28 عاماً) المأساوي، والتي تعرضت لحروق قاتلة من الدرجة الثالثة، أودت بحياتها بعد رحلة علاج في تركيا دامت شهرين، ولكن دون جدوى.
وعن وفاتها تقول والدتها إنه على إثر اشتعال “بودرة الديناميت” التي يحتفظ بها زوجها المنتسب لإحدى الفصائل العسكرية أعلى الخزانة، “حدث ماس كهربائي، ما أدى لاشتعال المنزل الذي راحت ضحيته نهلة، وترك تشوهات لابنها الصغير حسام البالغ من العمر سنة واحدة”.
وبلهجة حزينة تعكس إحساس الأم المفجوعة بفقدان فلذة كبدها تقول والدة نهلة: “فقدان ابنتي ترك جرحاً بقلبي لن يندمل، وأكثر ما يحزّ في نفسي هم أطفالها الخمسة الذين فقدوا أمهم، وباتوا يتامى يعيشون تحت رحمة زوجة الأب، الذي سرعان ما نسي زوجته التي راحت ضحية إهماله واستهتاره، وتزوج بأخرى وكأن شيئاً لم يكن”.
ولم تقف نتائج انتشار السلاح وتدهور الأوضاع الأمنية عند حدود الإصابات الجسدية والقتل، وإنما تتجلى أيضاً في التأثيرات النفسية بالنسبة للنساء، وأضيفت أنواع وأنماط جديدة من العنف إلى قائمة طويلة، والتي تهدد أمنها الأسري والاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
وترى المرشدة النفسية “علا الخطيب” في حديث إلى (مجلة طلعنا عالحرية) أن امتلاك الأفراد للأسلحة النارية واستخدامها يؤدي إلى “انتهاك حقوق الإنسان الأساسية الأكثر أهمية وهو الحق في الحياة، ويساهم في تفشي مستويات مرتفعة من الجرائم التي تطال الفئات المستضعفة وخاصة النساء”.
ووثقت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان في تقرير صدر لها بمناسبة اليوم الدولي للمرأة، إنَّ هناك ما لا يقل عن 67 حادثة استهدفت النساء في الشمال الغربي والشمال الشرقي من سوريا منذ آذار 2020 حتى آذار 2021.
واعتبرت الخطيب أن الآثار النفسية لانتشار السلاح بين المدنيين لا تقل أهمية عن الآثار الجسدية ومن تلك الآثار الشائعة: “الخوف والهلع طويل الأمد، واضطرابات ما بعد الصدمة، والكآبة والقلق والهذيان، كلها أعراض نفسية- عصبية مختلفة، تصيب النساء وتدفعهن للشعور باليأس من المستقبل”، مشيرة إلى أن المرأة لم تعد تشعر بالأمان حتى في منزلها، بعد اقتناء الزوج للسلاح الذي من الممكن أن يقع أبناؤها أو هي ذاتها ضحيته، وهو ما يؤثر سلباً على أدائها لواجباتها، ورعاية أطفالها نتيجة إصابتها بالعصبية واضطرابات النوم والخوف والتوتر.
