يعاني السوريون في ريف حلب الشمالي من ظروف معيشية متردية، بالتزامن مع ندرة فرص العمل وعدم قدرة أرباب الأسر على تأمين مصدر دخل يساعدهم على تحمل قسوة الحياة في تدبر حاجيات أسرهم الأساسية التي بات من المستحيل الحصول عليها في ظل الوضع الراهن، وما يرافقه من انهيار اقتصادي تعاني منه الليرة السورية أمام الدولار الأمريكي وفارق كبير بين أجر العامل وأسعار الاحتياجات الأساسية التي من الواجب على ربّ الأسرة توفيرها.
ويبدو أن فئة كبيرة من الناس تعاني من ضنك العيش، في ظلّ فقر مدقع؛ حيث هم لا يقدرون على توفير أمورهم المعيشية، التي تتمثل في أدنى الحاجيات الأساسية التي تبحث عنها الأسر.
ومع دخول شهر رمضان الذي يمتاز بطقوس وأجواء مختلفة، غاب البعض منها في ظل تردي الأوضاع المعيشية، التي أثرت بشكل ما على استقبال الأسر للشهر. في حين ينظر آخرون إلى هذا الشهر من جانب آخر في توفير فرصة عمل لهم كباعة جوالين أو عبر بسطات مصطفة أمام الأسواق وعلى أرصفة الشوارع لبيع المأكولات والمشروبات الرمضانية.
التقت مجلة طلعنا على الحرية مصطفى المحمود، في اليوم الأول من شهر رمضان، وهو بائع مشروبات رمضانية متنوعة في أسواق مدينة اعزاز بريف حلب الشمالي، والذي حدثنا عن عمله الرمضاني، المختلف تماماً عن عمله خلال الأيام العادية باقي أيام السنة.
يقول الرجل خلال حديثه: “عملي خلال الأيام العادية هو بيع الخضروات على سيارة صغيرة في أحياء مدينة اعزاز، إلا أنني مع بداية شهر رمضان من كل عام أفتح بسطة على قارعة أحد الأسواق في المدينة لبيع المشروبات الرمضانية، التي يزداد الإقبال عليها خلال هذا الشهر”.
ويضيف: “الوضع المعيشي متردٍ جداً، والعمل خلال شهر رمضان صعب وخاصةً أن هذا الشهر يكثر فيه الصرف، لذلك وجدت أنني بحاجة إلى عمل قد يساهم في توفير مصدر دخل آخر لأسرتي مع نقص الاحتياجات، وصعوبة توفيرها”، موضحاً أنه يحضر المشروبات الرمضانية خلال النهار، وهي التوت الشامي والتمر الهندي والسوس وهي الأكثر رواجاً في المنطقة، ويختم: “توفر لي هذه البسطة مصدر دخل يعينني على تحمل أعباء الحياة”.
يزاول الكثير من الرجال وأرباب الأسر بريف حلب مهناً متنوعة خلال شهر رمضان، علّهم يحسنون مصدر دخلهم؛ فمنهم في حقيقة الأمر من لا يوجد لديه عمل محدد، ويعمل كلما سمحت له الفرصة، ومنهم من لديه عمل لكنه يزاول مهنة بيع المأكولات الرمضانية لكسب القليل من الرزق.
صاحب إحدى البسطات الجوالة لبيع المعجنات “الكعك” في مدينة اعزاز، يدعى أحمد رحمو، وهو شاب عشريني، يتجول بعربة يبيع عليها الكعك للمارة، ولا يملك عملاً دائماً. يعمل في الأيام العادية في العتالة، لكن خلال شهر رمضان يبدو هذا العمل مرهقاً ومتعباً فيلجأ للعمل في بسطته.
يقول الشاب لطلعنا على الحرية: “اتفقت مع أحد أصحاب المتاجر التي تصنع الكعك وتبيعه، للعمل معه مقابل نسبة، وبدأت العمل معه منذ اليوم الأول من رمضان، أبيع بنسبة 40% على المبيعات، وفي نهاية اليوم أحصل على حصتي”.
يضيف: حاولت أوسع نطاق عملي من خلال التجوال في الأسواق، إلا أنني في الحقيقة لم أحقق النسبة المطلوبة من البيع لأن الكثير من الناس تزاول هذه المهنة، لذلك توقفت بجانب أحد مواقف السيارات في مدينة اعزاز أنتظر الزبائن”. وأوضح: “الشراء ضعيف جداً وإقبال الناس على شراء المأكولات الرمضانية لم يعد مثل السابق، لأنهم هم أيضاً يعانون مثلي”.
من جهته محمود جهجاه وهو نازح من ريف إدلب الجنوبي إلى مدينة مارع بريف حلب الشمالي، يقول: إن “العمل الرمضاني متعب جداً، ولا أستطيع أن أزاول مهنتي في البناء، لذلك أعمل في بيع أنواع التمور والمشروبات، على بسطة صغيرة لا تتجاوز مساحتها متراً مربعاً واحداً”.
مضيفاً: “أفتتح البسطة مع ساعات النهار الأخيرة قرب أحد الأسواق، وأجني منها مربحاً جيداً، أفضل من الجلوس في المنزل وانتظار الطعام، ولا بد من أن نشارك بهجة رمضان حتى في العمل للحصول على جزء من الأجواء التي فقدناها خلال رحلة نزوحنا المتعبة”.
الصحفي أبو العلاء الحلبي من ريف حلب الشمالي، يقول لمجلة طلعنا على الحرية: “الوضع المعيشي سيء في ريف حلب مقارنة مع الأعوام السابقة، لا سيما غياب الحركة التجارية في المنطقة، واعتماد الناس على مهن مماثلة لبعضها البعض، كما أن انهيار الليرة السورية وتنوع العملات في المنطقة لعب دوراً سلبياً في أوضاع الناس المعيشية”.
وأوضح: “عائلات كثيرة عزفت عن شراء بعض الأنواع من المواد الغذائية، وأصبحت مجرد حلم لهم، والبعض عمل على تخفيفها بسبب ارتفاع أسعارها مقارنة مع مستوى الدخل المعيشي المتوفر”.
ويختم الحلبي بالقول: “عموماً غالبية المهن التي تزاولها فئة من الناس خلال شهر رمضان، لا توفر لهم احتياجاتهم كاملةً، وإنما تساعدهم على تحمل قسوة الحياة وشدتها، في ظل سعيهم الإجباري والمتواصل للحصول على حياة معيشية جيدة”.
