انتشر في الأسبوع الأول من شهر آب/ أغسطس الحالي بضع أوراق مسربة من وثائق محاسبة قديمة للائتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة والمعارضة والمجلس الوطني السوري، وتوضح الأوراق أسلوب صرف الأموال من خلال أمر من رئيس الائتلاف بشكل مباشر وبأرقام كبيرة، وتوضح إحدى الأوراق كما نقتبس منها: “ملخص الرأي القانوني والمالي المهني عن الوثائق المرسلة من السيد “وسام ط” (في إشارة واضحة إلى وسام طريف المعروف كمدير لحملات منظمة آفاز في لبنان) بناء على تقارير السادة المقررين في اللجنة”.
وتظهر الورقة بالنتيجة عدم إرسال أي مستندات حول أغلب المبالغ المخصصة للصرف، كما يوجد استهتار في التأكيد على استلام المبلغ من الجهات المستلمة، بالإضافة إلى مبالغ تم صرفها كعقود إيجار وتم إرسال نسخ مختلفة للواقعة، ويبلغ إجمالي المستحق المدقق في هذه الورقة وحدها 306 ألف دولار أمريكي تقريباً.
يعقب المحامي هيثم المالح على الورقة: “المبلغ الضائع مع “وسام ط” والبالغ 300 ألف دولار، يعتبر ضئيلاً حيال السرقات الكبيرة التي تتم في الإئتلاف، والذي يتقصد التعتيم عليها دون ذكر الأسباب” كما أشارت بعض الأوراق إلى أوامر صرف من رئيس الائتلاف السابق “أحمد الجربا” كمكافآت لرضوان زيادة بالإضافة لمبلغ مخصص لمحاضرات توعية يلقيها رضوان زيادة عن السلم الأهلي، ومبلغ مئتي ألف دولار للسيد رفاعة عكرمة الممثل عن مكتب السلم الأهلي في الائتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة والمعارضة.
ومن خلال سؤالنا لبعض الناشطين عن رأيهم حول هذه التسريبات الأخيرة، ترى الغالبية منهم أن هذا التسريب الأخير ليس بهدف كشف خفايا الفساد الحقيقي الموجود، إنما مجرد محاولة لتصفية حسابات سياسية. وسبق أن تم تسريب العديد من الوثائق التي تدل على وجود فساد في مؤسسات المعارضة، إلا أن جميع التسريبات لم تلق أي نوع من المسائلة أو المحاسبة، وتبدو أنها مجرد معارك داخلية فقط لا طائل منها لصالح الشعب السوري.
جدير بالذكر أن الوثائق المسربة الأخيرة وبحسب ناشطين، تم إضافة بعض الوثائق المزورة إليها لإفقادها المصداقية، وبذلك أصبحت الوثائق ذات قسمين؛ قسم مزور وآخر حقيقي، وذلك بهدف التعمية عن الحقيقة.
وتبقى مؤسسات المعارضة ومنظماتها حتى يومنا هذا بعيدة عن الشفافية، ولا يعلم أحد ما يدور في خفاياها من فساد وسرقات باسم الشعب السوري المنكوب.
