أكدت الأيام الماضية، ومن خلال أحداثها المتتالية في منطقتي شهبا والرحى، رفض ونبذ أهالي السويداء لقائمة من المفردات، وهي:
- المشاريع الفئوية الضيقة التي تقصر أبناء هذه المحافظة على قدر طائفي أقلوي، لم يكونوا يوماً من رعاته بقدر ما أنهم رعاة وطنية وانتماء سوري.
- التصعيد باتجاه الاقتتال الداخلي، أو الانجرار للغة الحرب.. ما لم تُفرض عليهم.
- رفض ميليشيات الخطف والسلب والنهب وتجارة المخدرات، والتي أثبتت أحداث شهبا فيها حيازة أفرادها لا على المخدرات وحسب، بل على المنفجرات المحظورة كـ TNT والـ C4، والتي عرضها أصحابها على الملأ! وأثبتت أيضاً تبعية أفراد هذه العصابات بما لا شك فيه لأجهزة أمنية متعددة، من خلال البطاقات الأمنية التي وجدت بحوزتهم، هذا عدا عن السيارات المسروقة أو المعروفة بـ “اللفة”.
- رفض الفلتان الأمني الممنهج، وسياسة إفقار وتجويع الناس والفساد الحكومي القائم، وما ينتح عنه من تضييق على سبل الحياة ومعاش الناس، دون أي حلول ترجى.
- كما أثبت الواقع الأهلي رفضه للوجود الميليشوي العسكري بين المدنيين، ورفض الانجرار خلف المشاريع المشبوهة لها، فقد أثبتت أحداث الرحى عدم قبول المجتمع المحلي لكل من كتائب الدفاع الوطني المرعية من الأجهزة الأمنية والداعم الإيراني، وأيضاً ما سُمي أخيراً بقوة مكافحة الإرهاب غير متضح المعالم والهوية بعد، والتي كاد التصعيد بينهما يؤدي لاقتتال تذهب نتيجته الأبرياء، وتزيد في تفكيك النسيج المجتمعي، وتغليب سياسة المشاريع والأجندات الخارجية.
في هذا السياق، برز خطابي ليث البلعوس، نجل المرحوم وحيد البلعوس، والشيخ سليمان عبد الباقي ليعبّرا عن البعد الأهلي للمحافظة ورفضهم بشكل أساسي المشروع الإيراني وتبعاته في الجنوب السوري عامة والسويداء خاصة، والتمسك بالهوية الوطنية السورية ورفض الانجرار لمقتلة داخلية. ويضاف إليها طرح أفكار تتعلق بحرية التفكير وتأسيس الأحزاب السياسية، وعدم احتكارها من قبل حزب البعث وجبهته الوطنية، وهذه عندما تأتي على لسان رجال دين وقادة فصائل فلها معنى إيجابي وإشارة هامة في التقدم باتجاه البعد السياسي للعمل الوطني.
السويداء، كأي رقعة في سوريا، تجدها تغرق في مشاكلها الداخلية ومفارقات الحياة اليومية، فتجد بها كل صنوف البشر ونماذج وطباع حياتهم. السويداء الموسومة بالأقلية الدينية، ما يجعلها ترتاب إزاء المختلف عنها دينياً وسياسياً، ويجعل سياق أحداثها أكثر إشهاراً من غيرها؛ فتبدو وكأنها ذات سمات خاصة. فقد عانت هذه الأقلية التهميش الوظيفي والسياسي والاقتصادي التاريخي منذ العام 1966، وزادت في الآونة الأخيرة الضغوط الاقتصادية عليها، خاصة وأنها لا تملك معبراَ حدودياً ولا مشاريع تنموية محلية، ويعتمد سكانها على الراتب الوظيفي والزراعة البعلية. ولولا وجود أبنائها المغتربين الذين وصلت نسبتهم لما يقرب 50% ليساعدوا أهاليهم بالداخل، لفرغت المحافظة من سكانها. هذا إضافة لمحاولات عدة لجرها للدخول في معترك المقتلة السورية، أو الاقتتال الداخلي فيما بينها، لكنها برهنت طوال السنوات العشر الماضية أن لها طريقتها المختلفة في علاج أحداثها، فهل يمكنها الثبات والاستمرار؟
لليوم السويداء، لا زالت غنية بإمكانيات سياسية وفكرية، وقوى محلية قادرة على الثبات كخطوط دفاع خلفية. فرغم كل المخاوف التي تحيق بها، والمشاريع ذات الشبهة الخارجية خاصة الإيرانية وغيرها، تثبت تمسكها بالثوابت الوطنية العامة: السلم والأمان، رفض الدم ولغة الحرب والقوة، تغليب سياسة العقل والحكمة وعدم الانجرار خلف المشاريع الطائفية، التأكيد على الفصل بين الدولة ومؤسساتها وبين جهاز السلطة القائم، الذي بات متهماً من كل الأطراف بالمحافظة، سراً وعلانية، بالفساد والخراب ورعاية الفتن وسبب النكبة والكوارث السورية والسويداء منها. وينتظر عمقها الأهلي أدوات التغيير السياسي الممكنة، دون أن ينجروا لمواجهة عسكرية ما، يعلمون جيداً أنها خاسرة مجتمعياً ووطنياً.
“الله من جهد البلاء”، جملة تلخص تاريخ وحاضر يعاش، تاريخ يحتكم للعقل وتأخير مفاعيل القوة، وتستلزم علاجاً حكيماً لكل أشكال الشدة والمشقة التي لا طاقة عليها. جملة كثر ترديدها في السنوات الماضية من أهالي السويداء، وهم المعروفون بأنهم أقلية دينية تدين لطائفة المسلمين الموحدين المعروفين بالدروز دينياً، وبالبعد الوطني في الانتماء لسوريا منذ أرسى سلطان الأطرش قيادة ثورة الـ 1925 تحت “شعار الدين لله والوطن للجميع”، وذلك حين التقى بالكتلة الوطنية الدمشقية ممثلة بعبد الرحمن الشهبندر. وهذا تاريخ تبدو إمكانية استعادته اليوم مرة أخرى إذا ما أخذت بعين الاعتبار ثوابتهم العامة من بوابة السلم ورفض القتل وتحقيق خطوات التغيير الوطني التي تقود للاستقرار والأمان. ما يستلزم فعلاً سياسياً وطنياً متكامل الأبعاد، سواء على صعيد المحافظة أو على صعيد تمكين صلاتها بأقرانها السوريين، فوجود قوى عسكرية متعددة الأهداف في رقعة ضيقة كالسويداء لن يجعل المنطقة مستقرة، ما لم ترتبط بفعل اجتماعي وطني ذي عمق سياسي ومدني، يرفض لغة الحرب، ويعمل بالتنسيق والتوازي مع الحوامل المجتمعية المحلية التي أعلنت اتفاقها على هذه الأسس، وبذات الوقت مع السوريين الراغبين بتقصير عمر هذه الفترة المستعصية سياسياً وأمنياً واقتصادياً وحياتياً أيضاً. ما يجعل التغير السياسي الديمقراطي ليس هدفاً سياسياً للمعارضة وحسب، كما هو مشاع، بل حاجة عامة وضرورة واقعية تنعكس بنتائجها على الجميع.
فهل تجيب الأيام القادمة عن استمرار قدرة أهالي السويداء الذاتية على درء البلاء وتحقيق السلم والأمان؟ وهل تستجيب معها القوى الوطنية السياسية السورية؟ أم أن هناك جولات للموت والحرب بسوريا لم تنته بعد، ولا زالت أدواتها تمتلك القدرة على جر أبناء المحافظة لمشاريع مشبوهة واقتتال مفتعل؟
