تداعى ناشطون سوريون تحت اسم “أصدقاء ناجي الجرف” لوقفة شموع في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس اليوم الثلاثاء الخامس من يناير/ كانون الثاني ٢٠١٦ في ساحة الجمهورية الساعة السادسة مساءً.
وذكر بيان الدعوة أنها جاءت “ردًا على الاغتيال البشع الذي تعرض له الصحفي السوري “ناجي الجرف” يوم ٢٧ ديسمبر/ كانون الأول ٢٠١٥، ووفاءً لعمله في دعم الثورة السورية ضد نظام الأسد، من إيصال المواد الغذائية إلى تدريب النشطاء الإعلاميين، ومساهمته في تأسيس مشروع “بصمة سورية” وإدارته لمجلة “حنطة”، ووصولا إلى المشاركة السياسية عبر تيار “مواطنة” وإدارة الحملات الناجحة كحملة “الرقة تذبح بصمت” وعمله على فضح انتهاكات داعش بحق النشطاء والإعلاميين”.
وأعلن أصدقاء ناجي الجرف أنهم سيقرؤون رسالة موجهة إلى الجهات الحقوقية والدولية المعنية، كما إلى السلطات التركية للمطالبة بحماية الصحافيين والنشطاء السوريين المستهدفين، وأكدوا أن ناجي، لو لم يكن مشغولا بالهم الوطني وبالحرية السورية المنشودة، ولو كان أقل شجاعة، ولو توفرت له الحماية، لكان على قيد الحياة.
ويذكر، أن عملية الاغتيال التي تعرض لها الزميل ناجي الجرف ليست الأولى من نوعها في تركيا، وقد سبقتها عملية ذبح ناشطين من حملة “الرقة تذبح بصمت”.
