ليس الهدف من هذا المقال إلقاء اللوم على هذا الطرف أو ذاك في القتال الحاصل في الغوطة. لا أقول ذلك تهرباً من مواجهة الحقائق وإنما لأنني لست في موقع يخولني لعب دور القاضي وأعتقد أن من لعبوا هذا الدور ساهموا في تأجيج القتال وإعطاء المبررات لأطرافه ليستمروا. الأولوية في صراع من هذا النوع هي الدعوة إلى وقف القتال فوراً وتحميل جميع الأطراف مسؤولية متساوية في وقفه بغض النظر عما يمكن أن يصدر عن قضاء مستقل وفي وقت لاحق من أحكام.
إن هدفي من هذا المقال لفت نظر الأطراف المتصارعة إلى مآلاته الخطيرة على المدى البعيد، المتجلية في خسارة تلك الأطراف لحاضنتها الشعبية ولثقة الناس بها وللدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في بناء سورية القادمة.
ظلت الغوطة إلى ما قبل القتال الأخير -وعلى الرغم مما يكتنف تجربتها من سلبيات- معقد آمال الكثير من السوريين. وعلى الرغم من سخط الناس على الكيانات العسكرية بسبب استعارتها لأساليب النظام الأمنية في فرض نفوذها ومواجهة خصومها، إلا أن نجاح هذه الكيانات في تجنب الاقتتال الداخلي على الرغم من تناقضاتها حفظ لها بعض المكانة في قلوب الناس.
اهتزت تلك المكانة إن لم نقل سقطت كلياً مع سقوط عشرات الضحايا من الطرفين في هذا القتال المشؤوم. وأقول لكل فصيل مقاتل لا تستهينوا بإرادة حاضنة شعبية تتجرع غصص العذاب منذ خمس سنوات لتسترد ما سلبه النظام من كرامة عبر عشرات السنين. كانت مشكلة هذه الحاضنة مع النظام وما زالت استهانته بحياة أبنائها وهي تسجل اليوم أسماء من يفعلون ذلك من قادة ويجازفون بمستقبل الغوطة ومستقبل الثورة كلها، ولن يكون يوم الحساب بعيداً فالحرب لن تكون بلا نهاية، ولا أحد سيمنع الناس من النزول إلى الشارع لتقول كلمتها عندما تسمح الظروف بذلك.
من أراد أن يكون فصيلاً لشريحة معينة من أهل الغوطة ويتصرف على هذا الأساس سيكون له ما أراد وسيجد خلفه الآلاف، ومن أراد أن يكون فصيلاً لكل السوريين ويتصرف على هذا الأساس سيكون له ما أراد وسيجد خلفه الملايين.
هذه الحرب لن تكون بلا نهاية والذين يقاتلون في الغوطة وغيرها ليسوا (عسكراً) بل مدنيون من أهل الأرض اضطرهم ظلم النظام إلى حمل السلاح للدفاع عن أرضهم وعرضهم وبالتالي لهم الحق بل من واجبهم أن يشاركوا في أي عملية سياسية قادمة. عندما يهدأ صوت السلاح سيبدأ الحساب ولن يعطي الناس أصواتهم لمن ساهم في سفك دمائهم وتضييع غوطتهم. ما زالت الفرصة قائمة لترميم ما تهدم من مكانة في النفوس وإعادة بناء الثقة من جديد. الرابح في هذا الصراع من يبادر إلى إيقافه.
