سنتان كاملتان مرتا على توقف طلعنا عالحرية عن الصدور في آذار 2017.
ومنذ حينها اكتفى موقع المجلة وصفحاتها على الانترنت بنشر متابعات للمشكلة وتداعياتها والتي كان منها توقف المجلّة. وحتى هذه «المتابعات» شحّت وانعدمت بعد أسابيع قليلة.
ورغم مطالبات تكررت للفريق القديم، لم تنجح أو لم تكتمل عدة محاولات منه لإيجاد حلّ مناسب للقضية؛ كإعادة الإصدار أو حتى الوصول لمآل لائق للمشروع.
خاصّة بعد أن استفتت المجلة جميع الصحافيين والكتّاب الذين كانت لهم مشاركات في المجلّة منذ صدورها عبر استبيان وصلهم بالبريد الإلكتروني حول المشكلة وتداعياتها ومصير المجلة.
تمّ نشر نتائج الاستبيان على موقع المجلّة، وفيه قال 80 بالمئة من المشاركين إن الحادثة التي ألمّت بالمجلة وتبعاتها هي قضية عامة تمسّ المجتمع كلّه، ولا تقتصر على الصحافة أو طلعنا عالحرية وحدها. كما ذهبت لنفس الرأي مجموعة من الناشطين وأصحاب الرأي الذين استفتيتهم بنقاشات شخصيّة على مرّ الأشهر السابقة.
ورغم تغيّرات كثيرة وكبيرة في ظروف السوريين والثورة السورية في السنتين الأخيرتين، لعلّ أبرزها في هذا السياق هو تفكيك المنطقة المحررة في الغوطة الشرقية وتهجير الثوّار منها قسراً.. وبما يخصّ المجلّة يؤخذ بالاعتبار توقّف التمويل، وإغلاق المنظمة المسجّلة في كندا والتي تم إنشاؤها لغرض إصدار المجلة، بالإضافة لقرب توقف الموقع والخدمات المأجورة المشابهة بسبب توقف الدفع.
رغم كل ذلك، اتفقت دائرة صغيرة من الزملاء على تولّي زمام المجلّة لمرحلة (انتقالية) أبرز ما فيها هو إعادة الإصدار بالطريقة المعتادة قبل توقّف المجلة، ويتمّ نشر الإصدارات على موقع المجلة دون توزيع نسخ مطبوعة حتى حين.
ولمّا بدأ هذا الفريق الصغير بمراسلة الزملاء لاستكتابهم، لمسنا روحاً عالية ومتحمّسة، لا تشبه انعدام المبادرات في السنتين المنقضيتين؛ حيث حوصر المشروع بين طرفين؛ أحدهما يتكلّم عن الظروف ويقف عندها. وطرف آخر يطرح الشعارات المحقّة المنادية بحرية الصحافة لكنّه يفتقر للآليات، وتصعب عليه المبادرة..
الروح الجديدة تقول إن المجلّة عادت وانتصرت.. وهكذا!
سأذكر هنا بواحدة من بديهيات الصحافة، وهي أن المجلة لا تتبنّى بالضرورة آراء ما ينشر فيها.
للمجلة خط عام. نعم؛ «حرية – كرامة – مواطنة» يشرفها أن تنحاز له، وهي تعلنه على كل غلاف مثلما تعلن البديهية السابقة. وعن مسألة انتصار المجلة بعودتها أو انتصارها بغض النظر عن عودتها.. أتركها برسم من يرى أن القضية عامة، ولا تخصّ طلعنا عالحرية وحدها.
وبناء على ذلك، يوجه الفريق الحالي دعوة مفتوحة للمهتمين، لمناقشة الموضوع، والمبادرة لاقتراح مآل لائق للعمل عليه. سواءاً بمتابعة العمل في هذا المشروع أو حتى بإعلان إنهائه، أو بأي طريق ينشد الحقيقة والعدالة وكرامة المهنة وأصحابها.
