سلاح استخدمته الجهات المتحاربة، ولعنة لاحقت الجميع

ربما كان لافتاً أن كل الأطراف في الحرب السورية أصرت على استخدام النساء كرهائن حرب للضغط على الأطراف الأخرى التي أدخلت البلاد في حروب عبثية. كما لم تسلم شريحة كبيرة من السوريين من هذا الانتهاك؛ فالثائرات السوريات كنّ -ولازلن- مستهدفات بشكل مباشر من قبل النظام السوري، فكان يعتقلهن ويودعهن السجون والزنازين الانفرادية.. وشهدت سجون النظام حالات لاعتقال نساء حوامل وأخريات مع أطفال صغار، إلى جانب نساء يعانين من أمراض مزمنة ومستعصية. وكان تركيز النظام دوماً بالضغط على المرأة وأسرتها؛ فمرات كانت هي المستهدفة من الاعتقال، وقد تعتقل للضغط على زوجها أو أخوتها ووالدها، لتسليم أنفسهم، أو لتحقيق تراجع ما عن مواقفهم.
بلغ عدد النساء السوريات المعتقلات في سجون النظام عشرات الآلاف، وفي ظل الحالة السورية يستحيل توثيق ومعرفة الأرقام الدقيقة ووجود إحصاءات، على الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها منظمات حقوق الإنسان والشبكات المعنية بهذا المجال،إذ تم تسجيل شهادات لنساء تم تعذيبهن بالكرسي الألماني وبالضرب المبرح! وأظهرت صور قيصر صوراً لنساء قتلن وتم وضع رقم على جباههن التي لم تنحنِ، وتحولت القضية إلى رقم ليس أكثر، في بلد مزقته نيران الحرب.
نساء أخريات تعرضن للاغتصاب، ولم تكن الخارجات من هذا الجحيم بقادرات على أن يفخرن باعتقالهن، وهذا ما عمد النظام إلى ممارسته على المدى البعيد، فترك الاعتقال ندوباً عميقة على نفوس النساء والفتيات، في مجتمع شرقي محافظ ما زال بعض مواطنيه يرون في المرأة “عورة” لا يحقّ لها التحدث أو الاعتراض، ويرون أنها خلقت للمنزل والأولاد فقط.
وعندما أراد مقاتلو المعارضة المسلّحة الضغط والمطالبة بتحرير المعتقلات لدى النظام ارتكبوا الجريمة ذاتها باعتقال نساء أخريات، مثل راهبات مسيحيات! طبعاً مع الفارق الكبير في المعاملة، لكن اعتقال الراهبات أعاد للأذهان رواية اضطهاد المسيحيين في الشرق الذي أوغل بحروب لا متناهير، بينما الرواية الصحيحة أو ربما التي تحتاج تصحيحاً صغيراً وهو أن كل الطوائف مضطهدة في شرق الديكتاتوريات، حيث لا مواطنة حقّة بل عبودية أرادها الحاكم غير سامح بسواها.
وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أراد مقاتلو جبل الأكراد في اللاذقية المطالبة بإطلاق سراح معتقلات ومعتقلين لدى النظام من اللاذقية وريفها ومن جبلة، اختطفوا نساء علويات مع أطفالهن وهم واهمون أن بإمكانهم الضغط على النظام بهذه الطريقة لإطلاق سراح المعتقلين.
لم يحرك النظام ساكناً من أجل هؤلاء المختطفات، بل استثمر القضية في هذا الفعل ليظهر على مؤيديه وجمهور الساحل بروايته القديمة حول استهداف العلويين، سيما مع فرض مقاتلي المعارضة الحجاب على النساء والفتيات العلويات الصغار الذين قاموا باختطافهن، وأظهروهن في فيديوهات متعددة وفي أكثر مرة محجبات حزينات ومنكسرات. ولم تنفع الكثير من المناشدات لهذه الفصائل بالكف عن استخدام النساء أدوات ضغط لأن هذا لا يقدم سوى الإساءة لهم ومساواتهم بالنظام الذي يحاربونه؛ فالنظام اللا أخلاقي الذي خرجوا ضدّه بثورة حرية وكرامة لم يوفقوا في الأدوات التي اختاروها، وجابهوا اعتقال النساء والأطفال بفعل من ذات السويّة الأخلاقية.
غير أن الحالة مستمرة حتى يومنا هذا حيث تظهر مجدداً هذه الآفة الأفعال اللا أخلاقية، فنرى أحد قادة الفصائل السابقة يأسر مقاتلة كردية منتسبة لوحدات حماية المرأة الكردية، ويفاجر باعتقالها، ويقوم بأخذ صورة سيلفي أثناء اعتقالها مع ثلة من الرجال الذين ظهر عليهم الانتشاء والسعادة والنصر التاريخي كونهم انتصروا على النظام وتحققت أهدافهم باعتقال هذه المقاتلة وهي مصابة وجريحة!
تعود هذه المرأة لتظهر في صورة أخرى على سرير مستشفى مع خبر مسرّب بأنها تعالج في تركيا وهو ما يشي بتسليمها إلى السلطات التركية من قبل مختطفيها “الوطنيين” بالطبع لسنا هنا ندافع عن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وفصيل الوحدات الكردية التي تنتسب إليه المقاتلة، لكننا ندافع عن حق هذه المرأة ولو كانت مسلحة مقاتلة، وكل النساء المعتقلات بحمايتهن واحترام الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بأسرى الحروب، وعدم إجبارهن على التصوير، أو تعذيبهن أو إهمال علاجهن، أو إيذائهن نفسياً وجسدياً، وهي اتفاقيات تم انتهاكها من قبل كل الأطراف المتحاربة على الأرض السورية.
تستطيع المرأة أن تكون مدنية أو عسكرية أو سياسية أو ناشطة مدنية، هذه خياراتها، لكن أياً من ذلك ليس سبباً لاعتقالها وتعذيبها وانتهاك حريتها وخصوصيتها وكرامتها، تستطيع المرأة أن تكون معارضة أو موالية لكن ذلك لا يجب أن يجعلها أداة للضغط على الطرف الآخر بانتهاك حرمتها وإجبارها على ما لا ترغب فيه. فهؤلاء المسلحون -على مختلف انتماءاتهم وولاءاتهم العسكرية- من كل الأطراف فشلوا في إقناعنا بأحقيتهم في استلام زمام الأمور، لأننا لم نرَ على أيديهم سوى سلسلة غير منتهية من الانتهاكات بحق البلاد والعباد، طالت الأرض والشجر والحجر، ولم تميز النساء والرجال، الأطفال الصغار والشباب والعجز.
لم يستطع المسلحون في النظام أو المعارضة أن يروا فينا مواطنين متساوين قادرين على الإعراب عن قناعاتنا دون أن يستخدمونا للوصول إلى السلطة. لقد اغتنى أمراء الحرب على حساب انتهاك كرامة الناس وعلى حساب دقائق عمرهم، في الوقت الذي تركوا فيه أحبة أحوج ما يكونون إليهم.
شيء واحد بقي نستطيع أن نحلم به نحن الضحايا ونعمل لأجله: العدالة لكل من انتهكت إنسانيته بغض النظر عن جنسه وعمره ولونه؛ فالعدالة وحدها الآن تستطيع أن تجعل البداية من جديد ممكنة، وتعيد الأمور إلى نصابها. لكننا نحتاج أن نكون أقوياء لنفرض على الجناة المثول أمام هذه العدالة المنتظرة. وما بين العدالة والمواطنة، طريقنا نحو المستقبل ممكن ولو كان طويلاً.
