منع نقل الذهب تسبب باحتكار ومضاعفة لأجور الصاغة
أكدت صحيفة الثورة التابعة رسمياً لحكومة النظام السوري أن قضية نقل الذهب من دمشق إلى القامشلي عالقة بين نقابة الصاغة ومصرف سورية المركزي، على الرغم من أن اجتماعاً جرى برعاية حكومة النظام اتفق خلاله بإعادة السماح بنقل الذهب مرة أخرى ضمن ضوابط يضعها المصرف المركزي.
في منتصف آب الماضي تم إيقاف السماح بنقل الذهب إلى القامشلي بأمر من دريد درغام حاكم المصرف المركزي، حيث يسمح لدخول الذهب عبر مطار دمشق الدولي ويمنع خروجه باستثناء الحلي الشخصية بما لا يزيد عن 200غ فقط.
وتسببت قلة الذهب في القامشلي واحتكار الكميات الموجودة فيها إلى مضاعفة أجور الصياغة لتصل إلى 7 أضعاف، وعلى الرغم من انخفاض أسعار الذهب مؤخراً في الأسواق العالمية إلا أن هذا الانخفاض لم ينعكس على أسواق القامشلي نتيجة ارتفاع أجور الصاغة.
انخفض سعر الذهب عالمياً ليصل سعر الأونصة في 07/10/2016 إلى مستوى 1250 دولار، وانخفض غرام الذهب من عيار 24 في سوريا بحدود ألف ليرة سورية عن بداية الشهر ليباع بتاريخ 11/10/2016 ب 20855 ليرة سورية.
يتزايد الطلب على الذهب في القامشلي نتيجة انتهاء موسم الحصاد ويسعى المزارعون إلى شراء الذهب لتأمين أموالهم، وفي ظل قرار منع نقل الذهب إلى القامشلي باتت الخيارات المتاحة في تبديل الأموال إلى الدولار الأمريكي مما قد يساهم في اضعاف قيمة الليرة السورية، أو الاعتماد على شراء الذهب التركي.
كلا الخيارين المتاحين سيتسببان بالمزيد من الضرر على اقتصاد حكومة النظام المتهالك، وقد بدأ عدد من صفحات التواصل الاجتماعية الموالية للنظام بنشر الاشاعات لتشويه سمعة الذهب التركي على انه غير صاف ولا قيمة له ولا يوجد فيه عيارات منضبطة.
