أصبح مجرد التفكير والبحث في الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان في سورية اليوم، ونحن في بداية القرن الحادي والعشرين، حالة تستدعي من صاحبها الكثير من القلق والرهبة والخوف لما يمكن أن يترتب من إحباط ويأس إن لم يكن من استهزاء من قبل الغير. وذلك في الوقت الذي يجب فيه أن يكون موضوع البحث في حقوق الإنسان عبارة عن كلمات سهلة بسيطة واضحة غير معقدة، تستطيع الوصول ببساطتها إلى الشريحة الأكبر في المجتمع، وتتمكن من فهمها لكي تعمل بها وتعتبرها من حقوقها الأساسية التي يجب الدفاع عنها.
لذلك نجد الكثيرين من أصحاب الأقلام الحرة المؤمنة بتلك الحقوق أصبحوا يفضلون الابتعاد عن الكتابة في هذا الشأن لما فيه من خوض بموضوع أصبح مستهجناً ودون جدوى، في ظل تجاهل العالم المتحضر لقيم حقوق الإنسان، بل الدهس عليها في معرض المحافظة على نفوذه ومصالحه الاقتصادية والسياسية.
لذلك يحقّ للإنسان السوري أو غيره أن يسأل: لماذا كُتبت هذه الحقوق بالحريات في دساتير كل البلدان، المتقدمة منها والمتخلفة، وبالمعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية؟
من حق الإنسان أن يسأل: هل الهدف هو فقط الكتابة ووضع الحبر على الورق، أم الهدف هو حقيقة حرية الإنسان وكرامته بالعيش والعلم والعمل؟ ومن هو المسؤول الذي يكفل هذه الحقوق في عالم اليوم؟
أو يسأل: هل الهدف هو الاستعراض والإعلان، أم الهدف هو المضمون والتطبيق، وبأن يشعر المواطن حقيقة بحريته، وبأن وجوده ضروري لبقاء البشرية وارتقائها
اليوم؟
أسئلة كثيرة مشروعة وحقيقية يطرحها المواطن السوري. يحق للإنسان العادي البسيط وليس المتعلم والمثقف فقط أن يسأل: عن أي حقوق للإنسان تكتب البشرية وهيئاتها ومنظماتها؟ عن أي حقوق تدافع الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن ومحكمة الجنايات الدولية ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان؟
من حقّه أن يسأل: ألا يشاهد العالم اليوم ويعرف ماذا يجري في سورية من قتل ممنهج لشعب رفع شعار الحرية والكرامة؟ من حقه أن يسأل بعد أن تفرد النظام السوري ومنذ أكثر من خمس سنوات بقتل وتدمير وبتهجير شعب أراد الحرية.
من حق المواطن أن يسأل: ألا يعرف العالم بأن أكثر من عشرة ملايين إنسان كان قد تم تهجيرهم بسبب القصف اليومي بالطيران والبراميل المتفجرة على بيوتهم؟ ألا يشاهد العالم عبر أقماره الصناعية بأن ملايين المنازل دمرها النظام في سورية؟ ويسأل مواطن: هل نحن فقط من نعرف الحروب وغيرنا لا يعرف معناها لكي يقف العالم اليوم صامتاً على أبشع جريمة تقع تحت أنظاره ومعرفته؟
ويسأل إنسان آخر بسيط: ألا يكفي عشرة أطنان من الوثائق والصور والدلائل والشواهد اليومية الحقيقية والطبيعية والتي هي أمام محكمة الجنايات الدولية وكافة المنظمات والهيئات الحقوقية للتدخل من أجل وقف القتل اليومي لأطفال لا ذنب لهم ولا حول ولا قوة؟!
واليوم الجميع يعرف عن موت المعتقلين أو بالأحرى قتل المعتقلين في سجون النظام، وفضيحة التجارة بالأعضاء البشرية، والتي أصبحت معروفة للقاصي والداني، والتي يمارسها النظام بحق المعتقلين والمفقودين.
يسأل هذا الإنسان الذي لم تبقَ له وسيلة للعيش.. نعم! فقط للعيش، وحتى دون أن تكون له كرامة مثل باقي البشر، يسأل عن الثمن الذي يجب أن يدفعه في مقابل أن يتدخل هذا العالم اليوم لوقف القتل، لكي لا تبقى المجزرة السورية وصمة عار على جبين هذا العالم.
نعم يسمع هذا الإنسان بشيء اسمه الضمير، ويسأل أين هو؟
يسمع هذا الإنسان عن شيء اسمه الأخلاق، ويسأل أين هو؟
يسمع عم مبادئ واتفاقيات حقوق الإنسان، ويسأل أين هي؟
يسمع عن العالم المتمدن المتحضر الذي يتبنى هذه المبادئ، ويسأل أين هو؟
أخيراً ما هو هذا الشيء الذي نتوقعه من إنسان فقد بيته وأسرته وأولاده ورزقه؟
نسأل ماذا بقي له ليكون إنساناً وليس كائناً آخر؟!
