يعد الإصلاح الديني، والثقافي بصورة عامة، ركيزة أساسية في عملية التغيير. ولكن الإصلاح يحتاج إلى جوٍّ ملائم لاستيعاب الحراك الثقافي المطلوب للإصلاح. أي يحتاج، من حيث المبدأ، إلى الحدّ الأدنى من الاستقرار اللازم لإطلاق نقاش حيوي حول تراث المجتمع وثوابته الثقافية.
في سوريا، يفتقد المجتمع إلى الحد الأدنى من المقومات التي تؤهله لتفعيل نقاش كهذا، فغالبية الناس مشغولون بالبحث عن أساسيات الحياة. وعوضاً عن أن يكون همّهم مناقشة التراكمات السلبية في موروثهم الثقافي، فإنّهم مهمومون فعلياً بإزالة الركام الناجم عن الحرب الدموية القائمة، وبإحصاء الخسائر في الأرواح والممتلكات.
بالنسبة لكثير من سوريّي الخارج، تبدو الأولويات مختلفة كليّاً، ويبدو أنّ كثيرين صاروا يعتبرون الإسلام عبئاً عليهم، بعد أن تصاعدت الحملات الإعلامية لليمين الغربي المتطرّف، بشكل متزامن مع العمليات الإرهابية المتفرقة، ومع توعد الجماعات المتطرفة بعمليات جديدة مع كل تدخل غربي في المنطقة…
مناسبة حديثنا هذا، صدور العديد من الدعوات مؤخراً، والتي يصرّ أصحابها على وضعها ضمن خانة الإصلاح، لكنّني أطلق عليها اسم: دعوات الهدم. فهي لا تكتفي بالدعوة إلى مراجعة التراث وغربلته، بل تعمّم اتهاماتها على النص القرآني وتصفه بأنّه نصّ يحرّض على العنف والكراهية، وتدعو بشكل صريح أو مبطّن إلى تحييده عن حياة المسلمين.
يقع أصحاب دعوات الهدم في مغالطات وتناقضات عديدة، إذ يبدو أنّ إحساسهم بزعزعة الاستقرار الناجم عن العمليات الإرهابية هو أحد أسباب هذا التخبّط، فغالبيتهم أصبحوا لاجئين مؤخراً أو مواطنين في دول غربية، نتيجة موجة النزوح الكبيرة منذ أن اتّسع نطاق الحرب في سوريا.
من الواضح أنّ شريحة كبيرة منهم، وغالبيتهم علمانيون متطرفون، وهم أقرب فكرياً إلى اليمين الغربي المتطرّف، باتوا يشعرون بثقل التحريض المتصاعد في كثير من المجتمعات الغربية ضدّ المهاجرين المسلمين، كونهم مازالوا محسوبين في نظر الغرب، بشكل أو بآخر، على المجتمعات الإسلامية التي جاؤوا منها. وبالتالي بات التبرّؤ من ثقافة هذه المجتمعات، أو اعتناق وجهة النظر الغربية المتطرّفة تجاه الثقافة الإسلامية، ردّ فعل، غير واعٍ ربّما، من قبلهم تجاه المجتمعات الأم، كوسيلة لتحصيل القبول من المجتمع أو الوطن البديل، أو للخلاص ربما من هذا الانتماء الذي يلاحقهم، مهما حاولوا التبرؤ منه، وكأنه لعنة لا فكاك منها!
اعتنق هؤلاء أكثر الأفكار تطرفاً تجاه العرب والمسلمين، ممّا يجعلني أجزم بأنّ المسألة لا تعدو أن تكون مجرّد رد فعل، ممزوج بخوف شخصي مما ستحمله مرحلة قادمة من تهديد للمهاجرين إلى الغرب. ولعلّ أكثر الأفكار المطروحة غرابة هي فكرة المساواة بين داعش والإسلام، وإطلاق أحكام عامّة على التراث والثقافة العربية والإسلامية، بوصفهما مولداً للعنف بالضرورة، أو الترويج لفكرة أنّ داعش هي المعبّر الحقيقي عن شعور مجتمعاتنا تجاه الغرب..
لا يمكن أن تصدر أفكار كهذه عن موقف متّزن تجاه هذه المنطقة وثقافتها وتاريخها، فداعش ليست منتجاً حتمياً لثقافة هذه المجتمعات، بالرغم من أنّ التطرف كان موجوداً في تاريخها، كما هو الحال في تاريخ غيرها من المجتمعات، بل إنّ داعش معضلة مركّبة وشديدة التعقيد، وإن كنّا نتحدّث عن الاستبداد كخلل داخلي في مجتمعاتنا، فلا يمكن تجاهل دور الاستعمار في تخريب المنطقة. بل إنّ داعش بالذات لم تظهر إلّا بعد الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق، والذي مكّن المليشيات الشيعيّة الطائفية، فكان التنظيم المتطرف وليداً مشوّهاً كحصيلة لهذا التخريب.
يعتمد بعضهم في مقاربتهم للمسألة على ردود فعل كثير من المسلمين، والذين قد يؤيدون بعض أفعال داعش الإجرامية، كنوع من ردود الفعل على بعض أفعال الغرب التخريبيّة في المنطقة. لكنّ ردود الفعل هذه، وما يرافقها من استحضار لبعض الشواهد الدينيّة (بعضها مشكوك في صحته، وبعضها الآخر غير متّفق على فهمه أيضاً) لا تعني شيئاً في أي مقياس علمي موضوعي للرأي العام في المجتمع.
ففي مجتمعاتنا بالذات، ليس من الصواب القول إنّ مجموعة ما تمثّل رغبات عموم المجتمع. لا يصحّ هذا القول لا على التنظيمات المتطرّفة، ولا على الأنظمة الحاكمة. ففي مجتمعات تفتقد إلى الحدّ الأدنى من حرية التعبير عن الرأي، لا يمكن تفسير السكوت أو الرضوخ للأمر الواقع على أنّه قبول، ولا يمكن أصلاً تعميم قبول فئة من الناس على الناس كلّهم.
إن كان التعميم أمراً مشروعاً، وهو ليس كذلك بأي حال، فإنّ الأولى تعميم الجرائم التي ارتكبتها الحكومات الغربية على المجتمعات التي أفرزتها، فهي في النهاية حكومات منتخَبة وتحظى بتأييد الغالبية من شعوبها، ولم تدخل حرباً في الشرق الأوسط إلا بموافقة من برلماناتها المنتخبة، والتي تمثّل شعوبها تمثيلاً نفتقده في بلداننا. ولكنّ المستلبين للغرب يتجنّبون هذا النوع من التعميم هنا بالذات، بل باتوا يتجنبون حتى مجرّد الإشارة لدور الغرب، إن كان في الحرب الدائرة في سوريا، أو في دعمه المسبق للديكتاتوريات العربية، أو في الحروب التي شنّتها جيوشهم وأحدثت الفوضى وأنتجت الإرهاب..
وعوضاً عن أن يقوم هؤلاء بدور إيجابي في الغرب يخدم قضايا المنطقة، وعوضاً عن البحث عن أنصار القضايا الإنسانية هناك لمناهضة استغلال الشعوب، بات الغرب منصّة لبعض المستلبين يحاربون من خلال منابره ثقافة مجتمعاتهم الأصلية، بعد أن أصبحوا لاجئين عنده..
صار التحقير من شأن ثقافة مجتمعات المنطقة الشغل الشاغل لشريحة كبيرة منهم، وصارت المساواة بين مقصد النص وفهم المتطرفين له، ومن ثمّ المطابقة بين الإرهاب والإسلام، أمراً بديهياً عندهم. والأسوأ من كل ذلك، أن يتمّ تغليف هذا الاحتقار الضمني للمجتمعات بمشاريع تدّعي السعي للإصلاح، ولذلك أصبح لزاماً على دعوات الإصلاح الحقيقيّة أن تميّز نفسها عن دعوات الهدم تلك..
ليس هذا فحسب، بل بات من الضروري مواجهتها، كعامل آخر يضاف إلى العوامل المعطّلة للنهضة.
