تصارع الخمسينية خديجة على فراش مرضها، بعد إصابتها بمتحور دلتا، وعجز أقربائها عن تأمين سرير لها في إحدى المشافي المكتظة بالمصابين بالفيروس، حيث بلغت الإصابات اليومية “مستويات خطرة” في إدلب وشمال غرب سوريا، وتعجز جميع المنشآت الطبية عن استيعاب الأعداد الكبيرة التي فاقت تصوراتها وطاقتها بعشرات المرات.
يقول خالد وهو الابن الأكبر لخديجة إنه لم يدع وسيلة لمساعدة والدته بإيجاد مكان لها في إحدى المشافي، ولكن دون جدوى، “المعاناة تفوق الوصف والوضع بدا خارج السيطرة” يوضح خالد.
أكثر ما استطاع خالد تأمينه في سبيل إنقاذ حياة والدته، هو جهاز إرذاذ وبعض الأدوية التي بدت دون فائدة أمام تدهور وضع والدته الصحي شيئاً فشيئاً.
وعلى الجهة المقابلة تتشارك امرأتان إحداهما في الأربعينات من عمرها والأخرى في الستين جرة الأوكسجين الواحدة، داخل مشفى إدلب الوطني الذي خصص جناحاً لاستقبال مرضى كوفيد-19 ، نتيجة الضعف الواضح بوجود المنافس والأوكسجين، مما قد يساعدهما على البقاء والتنفس مع سوء حالتهما الصحية جراء إصابتهما بالفيروس الذي لم يرحم صغيراً أو كبيراً في إدلب بالآونة الأخيرة.
ولمواجهة الحاجة الملحة للحصول على الأوكسجين من أجل إنقاذ حياة المصابين، أطلقت مجموعة من الصحفيين والأطباء والفنانين المستقلين وبعض منظمات المجتمع المدني بالتعاون والتنسيق مع مديرية الصحة في إدلب وفرق الدفاع المدني حملة “نفس” في 30 سبتمبر/ أيلول من أجل تأمين العجز الحاصل في مادة الأوكسجين.
محمود بكور عضو إدارة الحملة يقول لمجلة طلعنا على الحرية: “الحملة جاءت تلبية لنداء عاجل من قبل الأطباء التابعين لمديريات الصحة في إدلب، والذين أكدوا أن نسبة إشغال الأسرة في العناية المركزة بلغت مئة بالمئة”.
حيث بلغت الاحتياجات حسب الدراسة التي قدمتها مديرية الصحة في إدلب 2156 جرة أوكسجين، وبلغت نسبة العجز اليومي 1078 جرة أوكسجين بحسب بكور.
ويضيف: “تقوم الحملة على مبدأ جمع التبرعات عبر منصات وروابط من قبل أطباء سوريين خارج البلاد، بغية سد العجز الحاصل بمادة الأوكسجين الضرورية لإنقاذ المرضى”.
ويشير البكور إلى أن الوضع الراهن “خطير جداً” ومعدل الوفيات في تزايد يومي وتتراوح معدلاتها بحسب إحصائيات أجرتها الحملة بين 13- 20 حالة وفاة يومية، فيما بلغت نسبة الإصابات اليومية بين 1200- 1500 إصابة يومية بمتحور دلتا أخطر المتحورات لفيروس كوفيد-19 السريع الانتشار والذي يصيب كافة الفئات العمرية.
في حين أكد مركز الترصد الوبائي وصول إجمالي عدد الإصابات في إدلب وشمال غرب سوريا مؤخراً إلى 77016 وليرتفع عدد الوفيات إلى 1410.
تواجه الحملة الكثير من العوائق والصعوبات أهمها قلة الدعم المقدم والذي لا يتناسب مع الحاجة الكبيرة لتغطية الاحتياجات والامدادات الطبية العاجلة في مشافي إدلب والشمال السوري.
وبدوره يحث البكور جميع السكان على ضرورة تلقي اللقاح، وإتباع الإجراءات الوقائية بالتباعد الاجتماعي وارتداء الكمامات من أجل الحفاظ على سلامتهم وسلامة أبنائهم وعوائلهم.
من جهتها تساهم فرق الدفاع المدني في مواجهة كوفيد-19 ونقل المصابين بالفيروس بشكل يومي، من وإلى مراكز ومشافي العزل بشكل متوسط، أي حوالي 40 مصاباً ومصابة، ونقلت حتى اليوم حوالي 4 آلاف حالة مصابة، كما تقوم بنقل الوفيات ودفنها وفق إجراءات احترازية مشددة لمنع نقل العدوى لذوي المتوفى، فنقلت حتى الآن 900 وفية منذ بداية انتشار الوباء مؤخراً، وذلك وفق ما صرح به أحمد شيخو (45 عاماً) مدير المكتب الإعلامي في الدفاع المدني السوري المديرية الوسطى.
ويشير الشيخو إلى إجراءات وقائية قامت بها فرقهم، كعمليات التطهير والتعقيم اليومي للمنشآت على اختلافها والمخيمات وجميع التجمعات السكنية، مؤكداً أنهم أنجزوا أكثر من 140 ألف عملية تطهير منذ 18 آذار 2020 حتى اليوم.
إضافة إلى تقديم سبل التوعية التي قامت بها فرقهم عبر جولاتهم الميدانية والملصقات والمواد الإعلامية الموجهة، من أجل توعية الأهالي وتعليمهم سبل الوقاية الشخصية، وضرورة أخذ اللقاحات وفض التجمعات والتعقيم والغسيل الدوري للأيدي.
ويتابع شيخو: “المراكز النسائية في الدفاع المدني قدمت مبادرات هي الأولى من نوعها من خلال تقديم الرعاية الطبية الممكنة للمرضى في منازلهم أو المخيمات، نظراً لانشغال المشافي بشكل كبير وعدم القدرة على استيعاب أعداد أكبر”.
مديرية الصحة في إدلب حذرت من “خطر حقيقي” بعد إشغال كل أسرة العناية المركزة وأسرة الأجنحة، وحول ذلك يقول الدكتور حسام قره محمد مسؤول ملف كورونا في مديرية صحة إدلب: “الوضع سيئ للغاية، فجميع الأسرة امتلأت بمرضى كوفيد، ومعظم حالات الشفاء من الإصابة كانت لأشخاص تلقوا اللقاح المضاد للفيروس، في حين أن جميع المتوفين لم يحصلوا عليه”.
