من غير الممكن الحديث عن النهضة والتغيير في مجتمعاتنا بدون التطرّق إلى دور ومكانة المرأة فيها، ولا مبالغة في القول بأنّ نهضة حقيقة تقتضي مشاركة واسعة للمرأة فيها، وتقتضي كذلك اهتماماً اجتماعياً بتحقيق تلك المشاركة، ومن الواضح أنّ واقع الحال في مجتمعاتنا الشرقيّة لا يؤشّر على وجود وعي اجتماعي بهذه المسألة الهامّة، لذلك نادراً ما نجد خطوات عملية لمساعدة المرأة في أخذ مكانها من عملية التغيير.
اصطدمت الأصوات الداعية لتحرير المرأة من الأغلال التاريخية بالعديد من العوائق الاجتماعية، وكانت في معظمها وليدة عادات و تقاليد بالية، عصيّة على التغيير. بعضها قائم على أسس دينيّة واهية: روايات ضعيفة أو موضوعة، أو آراء تاريخيّة غير ملزمة، ومنها ما يعتمد على فهم وتطبيق خاطئين لنصوص صحيحة. في حين أنّ جزءاً منها يقوم على روايات مصنّفة في كتب الصحاح. حيث يلاحظ أنّ المختصّين المعاصرين بفنّ الحديث والرواية لم يتابعوا عمل المحقّقين القدماء، والذين بذلوا مجهوداً ضخماً في تنقيح عشرات آلاف الروايات.
المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في الإنسانية مسألة محسومة قرآنيّاً، فالعدل في الخطاب الإلهي من الوضوح بمكان، بحيث يجعل منهما على درجةٍ واحدةٍ من حيث التكليف، والأهليّة في حمل المسؤوليّة، وحريّة الإرادة، والجزاء والعقاب.. ومن نافل القول إنّ المساواة إنسانياً، لا تقتضي التساوي في المهام الحياتيّة، أو في بعض التفاصيل التشريعية التي تراعي الفروقات الجسدية (لا العقلية) بين الجنسين..
ولكن، لم يؤدِّ الوضوح القرآني إلى غياب سوء الفهم، وزوال مشاكل التطبيق، فقد نزل القرآن في فترة كانت العرب تعيش حقبة مظلمة من تاريخها، وكانت المرأة تتحمّل النصيب الأكبر من الظلم، فقد كان التراث الجاهلي مثقلاً بأفكارٍ تضع المرأة ضمن مكانةٍ أدنى من مكانة الرجل، وكانت النظرة العامة للمرأة في تلك الفترة منسجمة مع صورتها في الإسرائيليات. وقد ذكر ابن خلدون في مقدّمته أنّ العرب كانوا أهل بداوة ولم يكونوا أهل كتاب وعلم، وغلبت عليهم الأميّة، لذلك كانوا كثيراً ما يلجؤون إلى أهل الكتاب من سكان البادية، لمعرفة ما لديهم عن أسرار الوجود.. وبتصوّري، كان لهذه التصوّرات أثر كبير في تشكيل وعي الإنسان العربي قبل الإسلام، فيما يخص نظرته للمرأة، وللوجود بشكل عام، وهي تصوّرات لم تندثر بشكل كامل بعد صعود القيم الإسلاميّة..
وجّهت الآيات القرآنية خطاباً إنسانيّاً واحداً للجنسين، كما في قصّة الخلق: “ وَلاَ تَقْرَبَا هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ” … “ فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُواْ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِينٍ”..
بل أكثر من ذلك، كان العتب الإلهي موجّهاً لآدم بالاسم في موضع آخر بعد حدوث الخطيئة، ولم يُحمّل المرأة ذنب غواية الرجل كما في الروايات الإسرائيليّة، فقد ورد في الآية 37 من سورة البقرة التالي: “ فَتَلَقَّى آدَمُ مِن رَّبِّهِ كَلِمَاتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ”..
ولكن، مع ذلك، كانت الروايات الإسرائيليّة صاحبة أثر كبير على العقل الإسلامي؛ ظهر ذلك الأثر واضحاً في مرحلة متأخرة عن الراشدين، فصارت تلك الروايات جزءاً من آلية فهم كثير من النصوص، بما فيها النص القرآني، وصارت لها قدرة على تغييب الوعي عن المعنى المباشر والواضح للنص. فحواء في الروايات الإسرائيلية ليست أكثر من مشروع غوايةٍ متنقّلٍ، وهي كائنٌ مجبولٌ على الخطيئة والإيقاع بالرجل.. ومسؤولة قطعاً عن إغواء آدم وعن خطيئته في الجنّة، وقد نقلت أمّهات كتب التفسير بعض هذه الروايات، بالرغم من تعارضها الصريح مع مبادئ الإسلام.
ممّا لا شكّ فيه أنّ جهوداً كبيرة بذلت لتنقيح وعزل هذه الروايات الشاذّة، لكّنها بقيت فاعلة على المستوى الاجتماعي خلال مراحل طويلة، ومن اللافت للنظر حضور هذه النظرة الدونية للمرأة، مع أدلّتها من الروايات، في كتب ذات مكانة هامة في التراث الإسلامي، ككتاب إحياء علوم الدين للإمام الغزالي 450 – 505 هـ، فقد نقل في كتابه العديد من الروايات التي تحصر المرأة ضمن ثنائيّة العورة والغواية، وروايات تجعل الزواج بالنسبة للمرأة كمشروع رق، اعتماداً على ما نسب للنبي أنّه قال: : “إنّ النكاح رقّ فلينظر أحدكم أين يضع كريمته”.. ممّا يعطينا فكرة عن طبيعة النظرة التي كانت سائدة في فترة معيّنة بعيدة عن الفترة التأسيسية.
ولكنّ المشكلة ليست في الروايات الضعيفة فحسب، بل ثمّة روايات موجودة في كتب الصحاح أيضاً، لا تقلّ إشكاليّة، ومنها الرواية التي رواها الترمذي وصحّحها الألباني، وفيها ينسب للنبي قوله: “إنّ المرأة عورة فإن خرجت استشرفها الشيطان”.. أو رواية أخرى مشهورة (متّفق عليها!) تجعل من النساء ناقصات عقل ودين..
و باعتقادي، لم يكن الجيل النسوي الأول من الصحابيّات معنيّاً بهذه الأفكار الشاذّة، فقد كان الارتقاء الروحي مع صعود الإسلام كفيلاً بحجب مجمل الرواسب الاجتماعية السلبيّة، فلو كانت تلك العوائق الاجتماعية مؤثّرة، لما أمكن إنتاج نموذج نسويٍّ كنموذج السيّدة عائشة (ونماذج أخرى كثيرة). لو كانت نظرة المجتمع للمرأة سلبيّة لما قبل بظهور هذا النموذج، سيّما بعد وفاة النبي الكريم، ثمّ وفاة أبيها أبي بكر من بعده، أي بعد غياب السند الروحي لها.
لم تكن عائشة مجرّد امرأة متميّزة، بل كانت مثالاً للمرأة الخليفة. على صعيد السياسة، قادت في آخر حياتها جيشاً كبيراً من المسلمين، فيما عرف بمعركة الجمل، نسبة للجمل الذي حمل هودجها، وكانت على رأس تيّار سياسي ضمّ عدداً كبيراً من كبار الصحابة، حيث كانت فيه صاحبة الكلمة العليا في مسائل السياسة والتفاوض. أمّا على صعيد الدين، فلا تخفى المكانة الدينيّة التي حظيت بها السيّدة، فربع أحكام الدين، بحسب الحاكم النيسابوري، نقلت عن عائشة وحدها. وكان أبو موسى الأشعري يقول: “ما أشكل علينا أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حديثاً قط إلا وجدنا عندها منه علماً”..
إذاً لو كان المسلمون الأوائل يرون في المرأة إنساناً ناقصاً، عقلاً أو ديناً، لاستحال وجود هذا النموذج في زمن مبكّر: امرأة وقفت سياسياً في وجه رابع الخلفاء الراشدين، وحملت مهمّة تبليغ الكثير من أحكام الدين.. لم يكن للروايات الواهية، والأحكام المعطّلة أي وجود في ذلك الزمان.. ولكنّ مكانة المرأة انحدرت بعد ذلك. لماذا حصل ذلك؟
لأنّ تحولات خطيرة حدثت في المجتمع الإسلامي، تلك التحولات لم تنعكس على وضع المرأة فحسب، بل أثّرت على مجمل الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية، فتقلّص هامش الحريّات العامة، وكثرت الروايات، وجرى تسيسها واستخدامها لأغراض أبعد ما تكون عن الدين، ونال المرأة القسط الأكبر من تلك التحوّلات..
