في محاولة للإضاءة على رأي الشارع السوري في الداخل، ومساهمة في الجدل الدائر حول موضوع المفاوضات (أو المباحثات!) التي تجري الآن في جنيف بين وفدي نظام الأسد والمعارضة السورية، استطلعت مجلة طلعنا عالحرية آراء عدد من المواطنين والناشطين في الغوطة الشرقية المحاصرة.
لم يجد جميع من حاورناهم مشكلة في التفاوض من حيث المبدأ، وتفاوتت تطلعاتهم ومخاوفهم بحسب طريقة نظرهم للواقع ولما هو ممكن.
السيد راتب خبية، موظف في مكتب الارتباط التابع للائتلاف السوري لقوى الثورة، قال: “أنا مع المفاوضات ويكفي قتلاً للجميع، ويجب أن يكون هناك حل” وأضاف خبية: “ينبغي للمعارضة السورية التي ستذهب إلى جنيف -إن ذهبت- أن يكون خيارها الأساسي فكّ الحصار عن المدنيين ووقف القصف. ولا بد في النهاية من الوصول إلى حكومة انتقالية لا يكون للأسد ونظامه المجرم الذي شارك في قتل الشعب السوري أي دور فيها”. وفي مسألة فكّ الحصار ووقف آلة القتل الأسدية اتفق مع خبية الناشط الإعلامي هيثم بكّار مضيفاً أن “على هيئة التفاوض إنهاء حكم الأسد وفق مقررات جنيف 1 بحكومة انتقالية كاملة الصلاحيات لا وجود فيها للأسد ورموزه”.
ورأى د. محمد، الطبيب في المكتب الطبي الموحد أن “علينا أن نذهب للمفاوضات إن كسبنا شيئاً فهذا جيد وإن لم نكسب شيئاً فلن يكون الوضع أسوأ”.
أما السيدة أم محمد، وهي ناشطة في المجال الإغاثي وأم لستة أولاد، فقالت: “قل لن يصيبنا إلا ما كتب الله لنا” أنا متفائلة أن الله سيكتب لنا الخير بعد كل هذا الصبر”.
المسعف أحمد راتب، وكذلك الموظف في القطاع الطبي أبو محمد، اتفقا على أن المفاوضات أمر واقع وهي “مفروضة على السوريين”. وأضاف راتب: “أرى أن الهيئة العليا للمفاوضات التي تتخذ من الرياض مقراً لها هيئة قوية وتمثل صوتاً للمعارضة القوية، وقوتها لا تأتي من قوة شخصياتها ولا من قوتها على الأرض، بل تأتي من قوة الدول المستضيفة لها، وأيضاً قوة مواقف الدول الراعية”، وعلّل راتب دعم بعض الدول لمواقف هيئة التفاوض بتعقيدات أخرى مثل الوضع في اليمن بالنسبة للسعودية، وتهديد فصائل كوردية بالنسبة لتركيا، وأضاف: “لا أقلّل من شأن المعارضين، لكن قوتهم ستكمن في أن يكونوا سياسيين بكل حرفية ومهنية، ولا شكّ أن دعم الفصائل العسكرية الضاربة على الأرض للهيئة سيمنحها قوة في التكتيك أمام المكر الذي قد يمكر للمعارضة”. ولم يستبعد راتب أن نصل لوضع يتجادل فيه المفاوضون في جنيف بينما يتصارع مقاتلو كل طرف على الجبهات، وختم كلامه بأن “النصر لصاحب النفس الطويل”. بينما أضاف أبو محمد: “علينا الذهاب لأننا بين أمرين أحلاهما مر.. والدول التي تدعي أنها من أصدقاء الشعب السوري هي التي تضغط علينا لنقدم التنازلات لنظام القتل؛ فهم يضعون الأسئلة أيضاً ويحاولون أن يجيبوا عليها. وسوريا بإذن الله لن تقسم لأن فيها رجالاً أبطال”.
