منذ قرابة نصف قرن تغطّى النظام السوري بالأيدلوجيا البعثية، وهي مجرّد أيدلوجية إنشائية قومية متحجّرة، تطعّمت بـ”الاشتراكية” و”العلمانية” وفيما بعد بـ”المقاومة”، من دون أي تمثل كل ذلك عملياً، بقدر ما أتت لأغراض الاستهلاك والابتزاز، وترسيخ الشرعية، والتغطية على نظام الاستبداد والفساد.
فوق ما تقدم، فقد روّج النظام لذاته باعتباره باني الدولة، حيث الأسد (الأب) هو باني سوريا الحديثة، التي تدين بوجودها له، ما أوصلنا إلى الشعار المشين والمهين: “سوريا الأسد إلى الأبد”، الذي غطّى أرجاء سوريا، إذ بات ثمّة تماه بين سوريا الدولة ونظام الأسد، حتى لم يعد أحد يستطيع التمييز أو التفريق بين السلطة والدولة.
وكان تم الترويج إلى كل ذلك بواسطة الدولة، وباحتكار، أو باحتلال، المجال العام، وعبر التلفزيون والإذاعة والصحف، والمدارس والجامعات، وجهاز الموظفين، ومؤسّسة الجيش، والاتحادات الشعبية، ومنظمات الطلائع والشبيبة، بوسائل التخويف أيضاً عبر أجهزة المخابرات المنتشرة في المجال المجتمعي.. هذا دون التقليل من الدور الذي لعبه العامل الاقتصادي؛ فمن جهة ثمة الإفقار وتعزيز الاعتمادية على الدولة، ومن جهة أخرى ثمة طبقة رجال الأعمال التي تدين بوجودها وامتيازاتها للنظام.
المفارقة أن إنشاءات النظام تقول كل شيء وتتهرّب من المحدد والمتعيّن؛ أي أنها تشتغل على المواربة والتلاعب، حتى إن الأمر وصل عند البعض، من يساريين وقومجيين وعلمانيين ومقاومين إلى محاباة النظام باعتباره قومي وعلماني ويساري، وربطه بكل ماله علاقة بالحداثة، في حين يعتبر المجتمع بمثابة النقيض لهذا النظام، ما يتطلب تغييره بدل تغيير النظام! مع كل ما في ذلك من تهرب متعمد، غير بريء، من معاناة شعب سوريا، ومن تحديد المسؤول عن هذه المعاناة وضمن ذلك التأخّر الحاصل في المجتمع، باعتبار أن السلطة في واقعنا العربي، من المحيط إلى الخليج، هي من أهم عوامل التأخّر، وضمنه تأخّر الوعي بالديمقراطية وبالمواطنة، وإعاقة قيام الدولة باعتبارها دولة مؤسسات وقانون.
هكذا روّج نظام الأسد، طوال العقود الماضية، لأساطير عدة عن حاله، فهو يساري أو اشتراكي، مثلاً، رغم أن اشتراكيته اختزلت بمصادرة الأراضي، وتأميم الشركات الصناعية الخاصة، وإضعاف البرجوازية الوطنية، وهي إجراءات أدت إلى هيـمنة الدولة- السلطة على قطاعات الإنتاج، وتعـزيز سيطرتها على المجتمع وعلى المجال العمومي، ما نجم عنه تعميم علاقات الفساد، وتفريخ حيتان جدد، لا سيما من المقربين للعائلة الحاكمة التي باتت تتحكّم بقرابة ثلثي الاقتصاد، بما في ذلك ملكية مساحات واسعة من الأراضي.
أما اعتباره قومياً فذلك ما تمثل بسياساته التدخّلية والإلحاقية التي اتخذت في غالبية الأحيان طابعاً عسكرياً أو عنفياً في محيطه، لا سيما في لبنان، وإزاء الفلسطينيين، وفي العراق الذي عاش على العداء معه، على رغم التقارب الأيديولوجي سابقاً بين نظامي هذين البلدين. ويأتي في ذلك انضواؤه في إطار خدمة سياسة إيران في المنطقة، مع الشبهات التي تحيط بها، لا سيما في سياساتها “العراقية”، وإثارتها النعرة المذهبية في المشرق العربي.
طبعا ثمة فرق في التعاطي في السياسية الخارجية، في عهدي الأسد الأب والابن، لكن النتيجة كارثية في الحالتين. ففي عهد الأسد الأول كانت سوريا ترى في جوارها مجرد ساحة، أو ملعب، لتعزيز نفوذها الإقليمي، بينما في عهد الأسد الثاني باتت سوريا ذاتها بمثابة ساحة يعبث أو يتلاعب بها جوارها. هذا ينسحب على إيران وحزب الله؛ فبينما كان الأسد الاول يتعامل مع إيران كورقة لتعزيز مكانته الإقليمية ولابتزاز الدول الأخرى، فإن سوريا في عهد الثاني باتت ورقة في يد إيران. المهم أنه في العهدين كانت النتيجة واحدة وهي تجاهل وجود شعب سوريا، وحدود قدرة الكيان السوري، وفي الحالين كان السوريون هم من دفع الثمن.
وبالنسبة لأسطورة كونه نظاماً مقاوماً، فهي تثير السخرية والمرارة في آن، فهذا النظام مسؤول عن ضياع جزء من سوريا واحتلاله (هضبة الجولان)، وكان بدأ عهده بإدارة الظهر للمقاومة الفلسطينية في الأردن (1970)، ثم أوقف المقاومة نهائياً من جبهة الجولان، بعد حرب (1973)، وتوّج كل ذلك بشنّه الحرب على المقاومة الفلسطينية والحركة الوطنية اللبنانية (1976)، وهي “مقاومة” لم ينجم عنها إطلاق رصاصة واحدة باتجاه إسرائيل طوال أربعة عقود، ناهيك عن أنه دعم كل الحروب التدميرية ضد مخيمات لبنان، والتي قام بها حلفائه.
أخيراً، تبقت اسطورة “العلمانية”، التي هي مجرد غطاء يحاول من خلالها النظام التلاعب بما يسميه “أقليات”، وبالتالي حراسة الواقع الطائفي والمذهبي في سوريا، بادعائه حمايتها، في حين أنه يغطي في كل ذلك سياساته القائمة على الحؤول دون تحول المجتمع إلى مجتمع حقاً، مع وجود مواطنين متساوين حقاً أمام القانون وأمام الدولة، من دون أي تمييز ديني أو مذهبي أو اثني أو جنسي، وأيضا الحؤول دون قيام الدولة باعتبارها دولة حقاً، أي دولة مؤسسات وقانون، مع فصل بين السلطات القضائية والتشريعية والتنفيذية؛ هذا من ناحية. من ناحية ثانية، وفي الحقيقة فإن أكثر تيار إسلامي في سوريا هو في خدمة النظام، أو تحت رعايته، أو صنيعته، إذا دققنا في المعاهد الشرعية، وطبقة رجال الدين، والمشايخ الذين يحتفي بهم النظام ويحتفون به.
القصد أن سياسة “فرق تسد” هي السياسة التي انتهجها النظام لتكريس شرعيته وترسيخ سلطته، وإظهار أي محاولة للخروج على هذا الوضع بمثابة تمرد طائفي أو حرب أهلية، أو صراع أقليات وأكثريات، على نحو ما يفعل اليوم.
وفي المحصلة، فقد نمّى نظام الأسد بديماغوجيته نوعاً من الجماعات الإسلامية والإسلاميين، مثلما نمّى جماعات من رجال الأعمال والمثقفين والفنانين والأكاديميين، ومن كل التيارات اليسارية والقومية والعلمانية والليبرالية، من المتصالحين أو المتسامحين مع نظامه، ومعظم هؤلاء لعب دوراً كبيراً في عمليات التضليل والتدجين التي انتهجها النظام.
هذا كله يفسّر رواج تلك الأساطير، وصمود صورته المتخيّلة عند كثيرين، لا سيما عند بعض يساريين وعلمانيين وقوميين ومقاومين خارج سورية، أي ممن لم يكابِدوا سطوته ولا بطشه.
