لم تكن بداية العمل في مهنة الصحافة سهلة على سلوى عبد الرحمن (48 سنة) مراسلة قناة حلب اليوم في إدلب؛ إذ واجهت العديد من التحديات المتعلقة بالوضع الأمني، والعادات الرافضة لعمل المرأة. ومع ذلك استمرت لإيمانها بأهمية عملها في “إيصال صوت المستضعفين للعالم” كما تقول.
من محافظة إدلب وشمال غرب سوريا عموماً، تصرّ الصحفيات والناشطات الإعلاميات على تغطية التطورات الميدانية والمعيشية والإنسانية والاجتماعية، متجاوزات كل القوالب النمطية المقيدة للمرأة بخوض غمار العمل ضمن أصعب المهن.
“من مهنة إلى مهمة” تحولت أهداف سلوى، التي بدأت عملها الصحفي عام 2015 ، بعد تحرير مدينة إدلب من قوات النظام السوري. كانت بحاجة لعمل آنذاك؛ فبعد وفاة زوجها كان من الصعب أن تعتمد على الآخرين في نفقتها ونفقة أبنائها.
تقول سلوى: “حين عُرِض علي العمل بالمجال الإعلامي، شعرتُ أنني قادرة على القيام بذلك، وخاصة بعد أن درست في معهد الإعلام بإدلب، وامتلكتُ الخبرة والمعلومات الأكاديمية”، مضيفةً: “خلال عملي أيقنت أن هناك قضايا مهمة جداً علي تغطيتها، أهمها أولئك المعرضين لكل أشكال القصف والقهر والنزوح.. ثمة مجازر وجرائم تخفي خلفها قصصاً إنسانية كثيرة، وهنا برزت أهمية عملي الصحفي بتوثيق وتغطية معاناة هؤلاء المظلومين”.
انتقال سلوى من الصحافة المكتوبة إلى المرئية، كان من أكبر التحديات التي واجهتها في مجتمع لم يعتد هذا الأمر، “ليس من السهل أن تقفي وتخاطبي الناس أمام العدسة بطريقة مباشرة، وهو ما عرضني لانتقادات كبيرة من المجتمع الذكوري المحيط، ولكنني استمريت ليقيني بضرورة وجود المرأة الصحفية أمام الكاميرا، لتظهر للعالم أن منطقتنا لا يعمها السواد كما يدّعي النظام وحلفاؤه، وإنما هناك الكثير من المدنيين والنساء اللواتي حققن نجاحات كبيرة” توضح سلوى.
كسر القيود!
الصحفية سونيا العلي (38 عاماً) والتي تعمل كصحفية مستقلة بمجال الصحافة المكتوبة، بدأت العمل الصحفي أيضاً عام 2015 بعد أن خضعت لدورات صحفية متعددة، تقول سونيا عن سبب اختيارها للعمل في مهنة الصحافة إنها اختارت هذا العمل “كسلاح مهم في نقل الحقيقة ومعاناة الأهالي في ظل ما يتعرضون له من جرائم وانتهاكات من قبل نظام الأسد وحلفائه”، وتشير إلى أن هذا العمل لا يخلو من الصعوبات المتعلقة بنظرة المجتمع السلبية لعمل المرأة، خاصّة في مجال لطالما كان حكراً على الرجال، حيث ما تزال النظرة لعمل المرأة في مجالات كثيرة بمثابة خرق للأعراف والعادات، إلى جانب العمل في ظروف بالغة الخطورة جراء القصف المستمر والمتكرر.
وأكدت العلي أنها استطاعت مع زميلاتها الصحفيات مع مرور الوقت، كسر القيود الاجتماعية، وأصبحت أهمية عملهن كنساء أكثر وضوحاً، وباتت نتائجه الهامة على مرأى الجميع.
العمل بدون أمان!
غياب قوانين تحمي عمل الصحفيات في شمال غرب سوريا، وتجاهل المنظمات الحقوقية لأصواتهن المطالبة بتوفير غطاء لنشاطهن الإعلامي، يجعل إمكانية ممارسة عملهن بحرية وأمان مسألة صعبة ومعقدة.
سهير الإدلبي كاتبة وصحفية، تقول إن من أكثر المنغّصات التي تقوض عملها الإعلامي هو الخوف من الملاحقة والاعتقال؛ سواء من السلطة القائمة ممثلة بهيئة تحرير الشام، والتي لا تتوانى عن ملاحقة الأفكار وحريات التعبير والانتقادات الموجهة لها، أو الخوف من خلايا النظام المنتشرة في كل مكان في الشمال السوري المحرر، وترتكب بشكل متكرر الجرائم والاغتيالات بحق الناشطين والإعلاميين.
وتضيف: “أيضاً الخوف من تقدم جيش النظام وسيطرته على المناطق المحررة، إذ سيكون العاملون في المجال الإعلامي من أوائل المستهدفين والمطلوبين لأجهزته الأمنية”.
وتذكر الإدلبي إحدى الحوادث التي تعرضت لها أثناء محاولتها أخذ صورة لحركة الأسواق في مدينة إدلب عبر جوالها المحمول، حيث فوجئت بعناصر الهيئة وقد ظهروا أمامها فجأة، وبدأوا بالتحقيق معها ومساءلتها عن سبب التصوير، وماذا صورت، وأمروا بفتح جهاز الموبايل لرؤية الصور، وقاموا بفحصه دون مراعاة لخصوصية محتوياتهَ! وبعد انتهائهم قاموا بحذف الصور التي أُخذت حديثاً وإعادة الموبايل وقالوا لها: “ألا تعلمين أن التصوير ممنوع تحت طائلة المساءلة والسجن؟ سنكتفي هذه المرة بحذف الصور”! في تهديد واضح أنها آخر فرصة لها، قبل أن يلجأوا لأساليب أخرى قد تكون اعتقالها أو معاقبتها.
لم تشأ الإدلبي إخبارهم أنها صحفية، “كي لا تفتح الأعين” عليها وتغدو “محطّ شكوك ومراقبة من قبلهم” وفق تعبيرها.
الإدلبي ماضية في عملها، ولم تثنها المصاعب، لإيمانها بأهمية عملها في رصد ما يجري على أرض الواقع من ظلم ومعاناة يعيشها المدنيون بشكل يومي.
فيما تواجه الصحفيات والإعلاميات مخاطر عديدة ومتنوعة، وانتهاكات كان آخرها ما حدث مع الناشطة الإعلامية نور الشلو التي اعتقلت لدى هيئة تحرير الشام ثلاثة أشهر وأفرج عنها مؤخراً، يؤكدن الاستمرار بالعمل، ومواجهة هذه المصاعب لإيصال أصوات الناس ونقل الصورة كاملةً عن المعاناة في هذه المنطقة.
