شمس الدين مطعون
لم يكن عدد سكان محافظة إدلب ليتجاوز مليون نسمة قبل عشر سنوات، أما الأن فهي تضم حوالي 4 مليون من معظم المحافظات السورية، تجمعهم هويتهم السورية وانتماؤهم لثورتهم.
شهدت المدن والمحافظات السورية تكراراً لسيناريوهات النزوح وحملات التهجير خلال الأعوام الأخيرة، وشكلت محافظة إدلب ملاذاً آمناً لهم خارجاً عن حكم نظام الأسد.
وحوّل هذا التنوع السكاني مدينة إدلب إلى “سوريا مصغرة” إن صح التعبير؛ وبات نسيج سكانها خليطاً من أهالي من معظم المحافظات، وامتزجت معيشتهم بشكل كبير، فلم يعد من السهل التفريق بين الأهالي المقيمين والوافدين إليها.
“من عاشر القوم أربعين يوماً صار منهم، فكيف لأكثر من عامين؟!“ يقول “أبو عدنان” وهو مهجر من جنوب دمشق.
لم يشعر أبو عدنان بالغربة بعد انتقاله لإدلب، فهو يرى أنه لا توجد عوائق يمكن الوقوف عندها. يقول أبو عدنان إن “انتقالنا من جنوب دمشق هو انتقال من جبهة قتال ودفاع لجبهة أخرى، جميعنا نلتقي بهدف الدفاع عن الثورة وهذا الأساس، وبعدها يمكن تسوية أي شيء“.
وأدى التنوع السكاني في محافظة إدلب إلى تنشيط وازدهار عدة جوانب، حيث شهدت المشاريع الاستثمارية تطوراً ملحوظاً، لا سيما ارتفاع عدد المطاعم وتنوعها الكبير، وتعدد الأصناف التي تقدمها.
ليتمكن العم “أبو مازن” من الحصول على طبقه المفضل من أكلة “الكبة، صاجية والسفرجلية” وهي إحدى أصناف المأكولات الحلبية الشهيرة؛ لا يحتاج سوى لبضع دقائق ليقطع الطريق المقابل لمنزله، حتى يصل إلى مطعم “مشاوي حلب” الذي يديره طباخ حلبي.
وعلى بعد أمتار قليلة يقع محل يشتهر بصنع حلاوة الجبن، وعلى الجهة المقابلة مطعم يقدم “فتة الرؤوس والمقادم” على الطريقة الدمشقية.
يقول “أبو مازن” وهو من أهالي مدينة إدلب: “المطاعم أصبحت تقدم أصنافاً أكثر تميزاً؛ فهي تصنع على أصولها وبأيدي أصحابها“.
تجمع المطاعم في إدلب سمة تجارية مشتركة، ويعبر كل اسم مطعم عن علامة تجارية تشير إلى هوية صاحبه كـ الدمشقي، مشاوي حلب، الحمصي، وأبو محمد الدرعاوي والدوماني والديراني.. وغيرها من المسميات التي تحمل أسماء المدن والبلدات التي غاب أهلها عنها.
“أبو ثائر الشامي” وهو مهجر من الغوطة الشرقية بريف دمشق افتتح محلاً لبيع حلاوة “النابلسية والمدلوقة” في إدلب قال: “كنت امتلك محلاً كبيراً في مدينتي لبيع الحلويات قبل أن أنتقل إلى الشمال المحرر”.
لاحظ أبو ثائر منذ وصوله لمدينة إدلب غياب طبق حلاوة “النابلسية” نتيجة عدم توفر خبرات جيدة تتقن طريقة صنعها: “هذه المهنة قد ورثتها عن أبي الذي ورثها بدوره عن جدي؛ لذلك قررت أن أعمل بها من جديد، وقد حظيت بقبول جيد”.
تحافظ اللهجات المتنوعة للمحافظات السورية على لكنتها؛ فبإمكانك الاستماع لبائع التمر هندي ينادي على بضاعته باللهجة الحمصية، وإلى جانبه بائع الخضار بلهجته الديرية.
يحاول المهجرون في إدلب الحفاظ على عاداتهم وتقاليدهم التي كانت تتميز بها مناطقهم، وفي الوقت ذاته يظهر بين أهالي المحافظات السورية في إدلب تناغم مميز في التأقلم وتبادل العادات والطقوس.
تقول “أم فؤاد” وهي سيدة دمشقية تقيم في ريف إدلب: “بالشام تهنئة المولد تبدأ من صباح اليوم التالي للولادة، بينما في إدلب تكون التهنئة بعد مرور سبعة أيام على الولادة، ويوم واحد تدعو إليه صاحبة المناسبة يسمى “استقبال” لتتم فيه المباركات”.
أعجبت أم فؤاد بهذه العادة وقررت تطبيقها في مناسبات عائلتها: “هيك بترتاح الولدانة، وبتقدر تقوم بضيوفها“ قالت السيدة.
وتروي “فاطمة” وهي سيدة إدلبية متزوجة من شاب حمصي، أن أهلها لم يكونوا ليقبلوا بفكرة الزواج من شخص “غريب” لو عرضت عليهم من قبل “والغريب بمفهوم أهلها من خارج البلدة”.
تقول “فاطمة” إنها لم تشعر بالغربة بعد زواجها برجل لم تكن تعرف شيء عن طبيعة حياته وعادات أهله: “قبل أن يصبح زوجي أصبحنا جيراناً لمدة عامين منذ قدومه مع عائلته مجهراً من بلدته في حمص.
أقيم حفل زفاف فاطمة بطقوس أفراح مختلطة بين عادات المحافظتين، واستخدمت الحناء لتزين يدي العروس، وأقيمت العراضة للعريس على الطريقة الحمصية، ووزعت الحلويات الإدلبية “الشعبيات” وحلاوة الجبن الحمصية على الضيوف.
وخلال السنوات الأخيرة يلاحظ ارتفاع نسبة الزيجات بين أبناء المحافظات المختلفة في إدلب، حيث ساهم التقارب الذي يعيشونه في تعرف سكان كل منطقة على عادات وتقاليد المناطق الأخرى؛ ما جعل حالة من التعايش والاندماج تتم بشكل أسرع.
