“ستصبح ثرياً ثم تحقق أحلامك بأن تكون نجم النجوم، صاحب شركة، قصور وسيارات، رفاهية وزواج سعيد. ليس عليك سوى أن تحضر شخصين من دوائر تأثيرك”، بتلك العبارات الرنانة تستدعيك الشركة الأكثر نصباً في العالم (ولد كويست، كويست نت، كيونت) تعددت المسميات والغاية واحدة هي أن تكون فريسة أحد ضعاف النفوس لتخسر جهدك ومالك وأصدقائك في آن معاً.
حيث تقوم الشركة بالنصب عليك وسلبك أموالك وأنت بدورك تحتال على الآخرين وهكذا دواليك.
تبيع الشركة منتجات لا تتجاوز قيمتها الـ 300 دولار، كالساعات وحجوزات فندقية وقلادات طاقة وكورسات تدريبية. في حين ينبغي عليك أن تدفع 2000 دولار كي تصبح مندوباً لكيونت، لكن الهدف ليس شراء المنتج إنما التسويق له مقابل عمولات هرمية.
نظرة رياضية:
يجب أن تدفع 2000 دولار كي تغدو عضواً في كيونت، ثم تدعو شخصين تتقاضى عليهم 225 دولار كل منهم يحضر اثنين آخرين عمولتهما معا 70 دولار، أي أنك بحاجة لـ 18 شخصاً كي تستعيد رصيدك المودع لدى الشركة.
هذا في حال لم يفشل أحد العملاء في جلب اثنين؛ فغالباً ما تقفل الشجرة قبل أن تصل لرقم 18، وقلة قليلة فقط نجحوا في كسب الأرباح.
هنا تجدر الإشارة للهوة بين قمة الهرم وقاعدته؛ فالذين بالقمة يحققون أرباحاً عالية خلافاً للذين في أسفل الشجرة، لاسيما أن المجتمع سيصل لحالة تشبع؛ فكلما دعوت شخصاً وجدته إما عضواً في كيونت أو رافضاً لفكرتها أساساً.
أيضا وبحسبة سريعة بدأت الشركة منذ عشرات السنين، وهي تضم ملايين الشبكات التي تقوم على مضاعفات الجذر التربيعي الذي سيصل إلى ما لانهاية، فمن غير المنطق أبداً أن تستمر الشركة بدفع العمولات لكل الأعضاء.
لكن الحقيقة تكمن في غسيل الأموال وطرح -مثلاً- مليار أو أكثر في بلد من البلدان وتطميع الناس ودفع نسب للأعضاء بعد كل عملية نصب. فإذا ما جفت الأموال أو افتضح أمر تلك الشركة أغلق نشاطها بلا عودة بعد نصبها على ملايين السذج في العالم.
وهي شركة لا فروع ولا مكاتب لها وأصحابها غير معروفين؛ فلو خدعت أنت ومن في البلاد جميعاً لن تغيثك أي سلطة قضائية وتنفيذية لأنها شركة غير موجودة أصلاً.
لمحة تاريخية:
تأسست الشركة وفقاً لموقع كيونت سنة 1998 في مركز بورصة الفلبين (التي كان يُطلق عليها سابقاً “أبراج تكتيت”) بمدينة مانيلا على يد فيجاي إسواران وجوزيف جابا بيسمارك، ومقرها اليوم هونغ كونغ. تنتشر مكاتبها بـ100 دولة حول العالم مملوكة من قبل مجموعة أي كيو. تعتمد على التسويق الهرمي المحرم دوليا.
تنتشر في دول يتفشى فيها الفقر والبطالة والحروب كالهند وسيرلانكا وباكستان وأفغانستان وإندونيسيا ومصر، أما الدول المتقدمة فتمنع من دخولها.
دخلت سوريا باسم كويست نت عام 2003 وأغلقت في 2009 لتعود باسم كيونت سنة 2011 بعد أن لاقى اسمها السابق شكاوى كثيرة، علماً أن ترخيصها الرسمي يحمل اسم شركة الفرسان.
وانتشرت في مقاهي دمشق القديمة لتضم 35 ألف عميل سوري دفعوا للشركة 70 مليون دولار! ما ساهم باستهلاك الناتج المحلي للقطع الأجنبي ووجه ضربة قاسية لاقتصادنا الوطني أُثرت على القوة الشرائية لليرة السورية.
رأي الشرع:
قال رسول اللـه صلى اللـه عليه وسلم: “الحلال بيّن، والحرام بيّن، وبينهما أمور مشتبهات لا يعلمهن كثير من الناس، فمن اتقى الشبهات فقد استبرأ لدينه وعرضه، ومن وقع في الشبهات وقع في الحرام”
ويرى مجلس الافتاء بالأزهر ومختلف علماء الفقه في العالم حرمة في أموال كيونت لعدة أسباب:
أولاً- أنها تضمنت الربا بنوعيه، ربا الفضل وربا النسيئة، فالمشترك يدفع مبلغاً قليلاً من المال ليحصل على مبلغ كبير منه، فهي نقود بنقود مع التفاضل والتأخير، وهذا هو الربا المحرم بالنص والإجماع، والمنتج الذي تبيعه الشركة للعميل ما هو إلا ستار للمبادلة، وليس الغرض الأساسي فلا تأثير له في الحكم.
ثانياً- أنها من الغرر المحرم شرعاً، لأن المشترك لا يدري هل ينجح في تحصيل العدد المطلوب من المشتركين أم لا؟ والتسويق الشبكي أو الهرمي مهما استمر فإنه لا بد أن يصل إلى نهاية يتوقف عندها، ولا يدري المشترك حين انضمامه إلى الهرم هل سيكون في الطبقات العليا منه فيكون رابحاً، أو في الطبقات الدنيا فيكون خاسراً؟ والواقع أن معظم أعضاء الهرم خاسرون إلا القلة القليلة في أعلاه، فالغالب إذاً هو الخسارة، وهذه هي حقيقة الغرر الذي نبه عنه النبي عليه السلام.
ثالثاً- ما اشتملت عليه هذه المعاملة من أكل لأموال الناس بالباطل، حيث لا يستفيد من هذا العقد إلا الشركة نفسها وبضع مشتركين تستثمرهم لعملياتها بالنصب، وهذا ما حرم في قوله تعالى: (يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل) النساء/29.
رابعاً- هذه المعاملة تقوم على الغش والتدليس على الناس، فهي تدعي أن غايتها بيع المنتج ومن جانب آخر تغري بعمولات كبيرة لا تتحقق غالباً مستخدمة لذلك شتى أساليب الكذب والخداع. وهذا من الغش المحرم شرعاً، قال عليه الصلاة والسلام: “من غش فليس مني” وقال أيضاً: “البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا، فإن صدقا وبينا بورك لهما في بيعهما، وإن كذبا وكتما محقت بركة بيعهما”.
أخيراً لابد من تفعيل قوانين تمنع عمل تلك الشركات المثيرة للجدل التي تستنزف الطاقات الشابة وتبعدها عن عجلة الإنتاج في وقت نحن بأمس الحاجة لتلك الطاقات والأموال المهدورة لكن ذلك يتطلب حكومات غيورة على مصالح رعاياها وعلى اقتصادها الوطني.
