يخوض الأسد “عرسه الديمقراطي” اليوم إلى جانب اثنين من الكومبارس من السوريين الموالين لنظامه الوحشي الفاسد، بعد عشر سنوات من عدوانه الغاشم على المنتفضين من أبناء وبنات سوريا التي أنهكتها آلة القتل الأسدية – الروسية – الإيرانية – الميليشاوية الطائفية. وزادت من مأساتها كوارث اقتصادية حوّلت سوريا من دولة نامية في تاريخها الحديث إلى (جمهورية الطوابير) في حكم آل الأسد؛ جمهورية كافة قطاعاتها منهارة ونحو 90% من رعاياها لا يجدون اليوم ما يسدُّ رمق بطونهم الجائعة، ويعيشون أزمات معيشية لا حصر لها؛ فلا كهرباء ولا وقود ولا غاز ولا وسائل تدفئة و و.. وتبقى أزمة الخبز الأزمة الأشدّ خطورة في البلاد المنهوبة من آل الأسد وأركان حكمهم.
الأسد أوصل البلد إلى جحيم أرضي..
الأسد صانع (جمهورية الطوابير)، لم يكترث عبر سنوات حكمه الـواحدة والعشرين إطلاقًا لما جرى ويجري في سوريا أو حولها، ولا يهمه أن يكون الاستحقاق الرئاسي الحالي جزءًا من عملية سياسية تخرج من رحم حلّ سياسي تتفاوض لأجله الأطراف السورية المتنازعة منذ سنوات في جنيف وغيرها من مسارات التفاوض في أستانة وسوتشي، إلّا أنه (أي الابن الوريث) عمل بدعم روسي منذ انطلاق المفاوضات على وضع العقبات تلو العقبات لإفشال المسارات التفاوضية، دون أن يكترث لهموم السوريين (موالاة ومعارضة) وتطلّعاتهم، الأمر الذي أوصل البلد إلى جحيم أرضي بكل ما في الكلمة من معنى. ويكفي أن نعلم أنّ سوريا اليوم تعيش، بحسب تقارير حقوقية وأممية، ثلاثة أنواع من الظلم: أحدها بأثر رجعي، والثاني بأثر حالي، والثالث بأثر مستقبلي. وكان أحد تجلياته ارتفاع قيمة الخسائر الاقتصادية إلى أكثر من نصف تريليون دولار أميركي، وإلحاق الضرر بنحو 40% من البنية التحتية، إضافة إلى انحدار 86% من المواطنين داخل سوريا، البالغ عددهم نحو 20 مليونًا، إلى ما دون خط الفقر. أما المفاجأة المؤلمة الأخرى فتتمثّل بأنّ إحصائية جديدة لعدد الضحايا كشفت ارتفاع عددهم إلى نحو 700 ألف شخص، ما يعني ضعف العدد المتداول من مؤسسات أممية، استنادًا إلى أرقام صدرت قبل سنتين. هذه الأرقام – الضحايا تتعلق بالماضي.
أما المفاجأة الأخرى، فهي تتعلق بالمستقبل، وتأتي من الكشف عن وجود أكثر من 3 ملايين طفل سوري (داخل وخارج سوريا) خارج المدارس. وهذا يساوي تقريبًا نصف عدد الأطفال السوريين الذين هم في عمر التعليم؛ نصف هؤلاء يعيشون مع أهلهم في مناطق النزوح واللجوء التي تضمّ نحو 13 مليونًا.
وفي ظلّ أنّ سوريا هي “الكارثة الإنسانية الأكبر” منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية، حسب تصنيف أممي، ليس غريبًا أن تكون مؤشراتها تدل على ذلك، إذ تقع في المرتبة 128 (من أصل 129 دولة) في مؤشر “التحوّل لقياس الحوكمة”، وفي المرتبة 180 (من 189) في مؤشر “التنمية البشرية”، وهي “في أسوأ ترتيب في مجال حماية الطفل”، وفي الموقع 174 (من أصل 180) بالنسبة إلى حرية الصحافة.
كما سجّل إجمالي العمالة انخفاضًا حادًا في أثناء السنوات الماضية، من 5.184 مليون عامل إلى 3.058 مليون، وارتفع معدل البطالة من 14.9 في المائة إلى 42.3 في المائة، وفقد سوق العمل 3.7 مليون فرصة عمل، ورفعت الخسارة الضخمة لفرص العمل نسبة الإعالة الاقتصادية من 4.13 شخص لكل مشتغل في عام 2010 إلى 6.4 شخص في عام 2019.
وقدر “البنك الدولي” كلفة إعمار سوريا بنحو 300 مليار دولار قبل 3 سنوات، ومنذ ذلك الوقت، توقفت الدراسات عن الملف السوري، مع تراجع الاهتمام الدولي به، وإن كان الصراع قد تفاقم، واستمرت العمليات العسكرية فيه، وهي بين صعود وهدوء يضبطه تفاهم الفاعلين الخارجيين من قوى إقليمية ودولية.
إنّ ما ذكر آنفًا، هو بعض خلاصات بحث أعده “المركز السوري لبحوث السياسات”، بعنوان: «العدالة لتجاوز النزاع – تقرير آثار النزاع السوري»، بعد سنوات من العمل، ليكون مرجعيًا للمؤسسات الأممية والحكومات العربية والأجنبية عن آثار النزاع في العقد السوري الأخير.
يضاف إلى حصاد الجحيم السوري، أن سجلت قيمة الليرة بدءًا من عام 2011، عندما كانت 46 ليرة تساوي دولاراً أمريكياً واحداً، موجات من الانخفاض، كان أكثرها تسارعًا في الشهور الثلاث الأخيرة؛ حيث صار الدولار الواحد يتراوح ما بين 3200 إلى 4700 ليرة سورية،الأمر الذي أدّى إلى ارتفاع جنوني في أسعار السلع الغذائية والأدوية وغيرها من احتياجات أساسية.
