إن المتابع لتطورات أحداث الثورة السورية خلال الخمس سنوات السابقة، لا بدّ أن يستوقفه تمايز ومرارة التجربة السورية مقارنة بتجارب الثورات في البلدان العربية الأخرى. طبعاً هذا التمايز هو نتاج طبيعي لتمايز الخصائص السورية مقارنة بباقي بلدان الربيع العربي. ولعل أهم محددات هذا التمايز هو الموقع الجغرافي لسورية؛ حيث يكون الإقليم السوري موقع تصادم لعدة مشاريع جيوبولتيكية إقليمية ودولية. ولعل أهم محاور التصادم الإقليمي هي (الإسرائيلي – الإيراني – التركي – ولعله من مسافة أبعد: السعودي). أما على المستوى الدولي فالتنافس الجيوبولتيكي على المنطقة شبه محسوم.
هذا الوقع أدركه وفهمه النظام، مما ساعده على الجنوح للإجرام والقتل لأقصى درجة، في محاولة لوأد الثورة. لأنه يدرك حقيقة وجود لاعب أو أكثر سيكون واقفاً ضدّ محاولة تغير الواقع السوري؛ خاصة بأنه لا يوجد نموذج يمكن أن يتفق عليه الجميع. وطبعاً هذا الواقع لم يساعد فقط في المحافظة على النظام، بل أيضاً ساهم في عملية شرذمة للمعارضة على شكل فصائلي مقيت كل حسب الدولة أو الجهة الداعمة له. وطبعاً بقي المايسترو الأمريكي يراقب الموضوع ويتدخل بالحدود الدنيا، لاعتقاده بأن الوضع في سورية هو مغناطيس يجذب كل من يجب أن تُحطم مشاريعه في المنطقة.. طبعاً ما عدا (إسرائيل)، بالإضافة إلى أن الوضع في سورية كان مغناطيساً للتخلص من كل الأفراد الذين يمكن أن يشكلوا إزعاجاً للمجتمعات الغربية. لذلك كان الوضع في سورية بالنسبة لأمريكا وضعاً مشتعلاً ولكنه يحقق أهدافاً مربحة.
ولكن هذه الحالة لم يكتب لها الاستمرارية؛ فالتطورات التي واكبت اشتعال النيران في سورية، ولعل أهمها موجات الهجرة نحو بلدان أوروبا، وظهور داعش، وضعت أمريكا تحت ضغط البحث عن مخرج لهذا الوضع. ولكن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كانت أمام معضلة؛ وهي أنها صرّحت علناً بفقدان النظام لشرعيته، ولكنها في نفس الوقت لم تقتنع بأي بديل تنتجه الثورة، ولم تسعَ لإيجاد بديل، وهو ما فهمته روسيا، وقد ساعدها هذا الفهم على اتخاذها قرار تدخلها بسورية، ولكن كان على روسيا أن تقنع أمريكا والبلدان الأوروبية بمشروعها لسورية، وقد وجدت روسيا ضالتها بالمشروع الأمريكي-الأوروبي الذي يُطرح دائماً لسورية؛ وهو مشروع التقسيم ولكن بنكهة مختلفة؛ فمشروع التقسيم الغربي هو على أساس طائفي، أما مشروع التقسيم الروسي فعلى أساس سياسي؛ (مناطق ذات لون سياسي واحد: معارضة أو نظام)، وهو ما تلقفته أمريكا برحابة صدر، وبدأت طرح نماذج سياسية-إدارية تسويقية له، مثل موضوع طرح الفيدرالية، بالإضافة إلى دعم قوات تسعى إلى السيطرة على مناطق معينة وإنشاء أنواع من الحكم الذاتي، مثل دعم قوات سورية الديموقراطية، وقوات محسوبة على الجربا، وقوات جيش سورية الجديد، وذلك لفرض هذا الأمر.
طبعاً هذا السيناريو يقف في وجهه عقبات عدة؛ لعل أهمها مناطق النفوذ لأحد الطرفين في منطقة يسيطر عليها الطرف الآخر بشكل كبير، مثل عدة مناطق في ريف دمشق وقعت هدناً مضافاً لها داريا والغوطة الشرقية، ولذلك فالسيناريو الأكثر ترجيحاً هو استمرار الضغط على هذه المناطق لدفعها باتجاه الخضوع لهذا السيناريو، ويبدو أن الدول الإقليمية الداعمة للثورة أدركت هذا الأمر؛ فالناظر اليوم للمعادلة العسكرية في الغوطة الشرقية مثلاً يجد اختلالاً واضحاً، ليس فقط بين النظام وقوات الثورة، بل بين فصائل الغوطة وباقي الفصائل في خارج الغوطة، ومثال على ذلك كل جبهات سورية تحوي مضادّ الدروع (التاو) إلا جبهات الريف الدمشقي!
طبعاً عملية الإخضاع السياسي لمنطقة لا تكون فقط بفرض هدنة عليها، وإنما يرافقها عدة إجراءات متلاحقة، لعل أهمها هو إخراج كوادر الثورة الأساسيين من خلال فتح ممرات آمنة لهم تحت يافطة (شراء الطريق) نحو مناطق آمنة (تركيا، الأردن وغيرهما)، ومع مرور الوقت تصبح هذه المناطق عديمة اللون السياسي. مثال على ذلك مناطق عديدة مهادنة مثل التل، برزة، المعضمية. وطبعاً النظام يدرك بنية السيناريو المرسوم وخطوطه العامة، ولا يعني ذلك بأنه موافق عليه بالكامل، وإنما هو يعمل ضمن الممكن وضمن مبدأ الاستفادة من كل شيء متاح بحده الأقصى. فتهدئة الأوضاع في مناطق سيطرة النظام تساعده على تثبيت أركان حكمه، ولكن طموحات النظام في إعادة سيطرته على كامل سورية لم تغب أبداً، وهو ما صرح به أكثر من مرة رأس النظام بشار الأسد، وقد تلقى تأنيباً من الدول الداعمة له قبل غيرها على هذه التصريحات. لذلك سيسعى النظام لاستغلال الفرصة واقتناص لحظة ما لفرض نفسه على هذه المناطق بعد أن تكون قد ضعفت لأقصى حدّ ممكن، لأنه يدرك أن مفتاح عودته للسيطرة على كامل سورية يكون بسيطرته الكاملة على دمشق وريفها، وفي تلك المرحلة لن تستطيع الدول الرئيسية فعلَ شيء لأنها ستكون منزوعة الأذرع الفعلية من هذه المناطق.
أمام هذا الواقع يبدو أننا في الغوطة متجهين نحو سيناريوهات مظلمة أحلاها مرّ، ويبقى السؤال: هل نستطيع تغيير هذا الواقع؟ الجواب وبكل صراحة: لا نستطيع! لأننا نعاني من أمراض استراتيجية بنيوية في الثورة ستمنع أي خطوات لإحداث توازن قوى جديد يقلب الطاولة. وإن أي طرح سيواجه دائماً من قبل أطراف بالتخوين والتشهير والشك.
وكي لا تكون الصورة المرسومة سوداوية بالكامل، فيمكن القول إن الحلّ هو تهشيم البنى الحالية بالكامل وخلق بنى سياسية وعسكرية جديدة مبنية على قاعدة مشروع وطني قائم على أساس مصلحي، هدفه الحفاظ على القوى الموجودة حالياً في وجه خطر محدق بها، وهو خطر تمكن النظام منها. هذا الكلام يستلزم أولاً تجاوز المشاريع الفصائلية المبنية على توجهات مُعتقدية مختلفة، وثانياً إعادة طرح خطاب سياسي متوازن، والابتعاد عن الخطاب الديني وخاصة المتشدد منه.
