بعد إطلاقها لقسم خاص بقضايا المرأة في عددها السابق، تفتتح طلعنا عالحرية في عددها الجديد الصادر اليوم قسمها الجديد الآخر الذي يعنى بقضايا حقوق الإنسان والمجتمع المدني، يشرف على هذا القسم ويحرره الزميل “أنور البني” رئيس المركز السوري للدراسات والأبحاث القانونية، والذي لفت في افتتاحيته لهذا العدد إلى أن “الحديث عن حقوق الإنسان مجدداً ربما يبدو نوعاً من المزاح غير المرغوب فيه الآن، خاصة بعد أكثر من خمسين سنة على انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في سوريا، وبعد أكثر من خمس سنوات من ارتكاب جرائم كبرى بحق الإنسان في سوريا دون أن تقوم الدول المتبنية لهذا الشعار بأي فعل لوقف هذه الجرائم أو محاسبة مرتكبيها”، إلا أنه يضيف “نعم ربما هو حلم الآن ولكنه سيتحول لواقع حقيقي بجهد الجميع وتضحيتهم وإيمانهم، ولا يعيب هذا الحلم أو يدنسه أن يتسلّق عليه من أراد”، وأننا ورغم كل شيْ لا نملك إلا أن “نعمل لتكون هذه المبادئ نبراساً لرسم خارطة طريق إلى مستقبل سوريا”.
يضم القسم في عدد اليوم تقارير ومقالات وأبحاث هامة تتناول الواقع السوري والانتهاكات الصارخة لحقوق الإنسان السوري من زوايا عدة:
