لا يكاد يذكر الزيتون أمام السوري حتى تقفز إدلب إلى مخيلته على الفور، متفوقاً بذلك على كل الشائعات المغرضة التي تطال هذه المحافظة، بدءاً بالإرهاب والتطرف، وانتهاءً بالطُرف التي تنال من أهلها تحبباً لهم وحباً بهم؛ فهي بلاد الزيتون أولاً، وموطن من مواطن الثورة الأولى، وتشهد على ذلك لافتات كفرنبل، إحدى قراها الجميلة.
والزيتون من الثمار الأكثر شهرة في التاريخ، فقد ذكر، دون غيره من الثمار، في الكتب المقدسة الثلاثة التي تختلف حول الكثير من المفاهيم، من صلب المسيح إلى طريقة الصلاة والصيام، لكنها تجتمع على أهمية الزيتون، وهو أمرٌ على المتحذلقين وغير المتسامحين من جميع الديانات والمذاهب التمعن فيه.
وقد احتل الزيتون مكانته في الديانات السماوية لفوائده الصحيّة الجمّة حسب أغلب الظنّ، ولتوفره في أرضها حسب اعتقادي. وتفوّق على الرمان والقمح في سوريا والفول في مصر والتمر في العراق وتونس والجزيرة العربية والمنجا في السودان. ففي الديانة اليهودية تمثل شجرة الزيتون الأمل، رغم غيابه اليوم في كل الأصقاع التي تدين بها؛ فقد ورد بأن حمامةً عادت إلى فلك نوح تحمل غصناً من الزيتون بعد رسوه على جبل الجودي في الأناضول اليوم، حيث العلاقات مع إسرائيل على أفضل حال لها منذ أمد بعيد رغم كل ما تراه على الشاشات الصغيرة والصغيرة جداً.. مروراً على جثث السوريين ومصالحهم، وفي شوارع مدنهم المدمرة. وكانت وفرة الزيت، كما ورد في المزامير، علامةً على الرخاء والازدهار.
وفي المسيحية، ذكر الزيتون في مئة وأربعين موضعاً في العهدين القديم والجديد، وهو يرمز إلى نهاية الطوفان كما ورد في سفر التكوين، والذي يبدو أنه عاد اليوم على هيئة مخطط لتقسيم البلاد، ومؤامرةٍ كونيةٍ للنيل من صمود محور الممانعة، والقومية العربية التي لم تعد تليق بالعرب، وأصبحت حكراً على السوريين المؤيدين من أصول سريانية وفينيقة وآرامية.. ينفرون من العروبة.
وقد ذكرت شجرة الزيتون في القرآن ست مرات، واكتسبت من خلال ذلك مكانة هامة لدى المسلمين.
والذين يكتفون اليوم بالحديث عنها في هذا السياق دون وعي لدورها البيئي. أو التاريخي الكبير، ويكثرون من أكل زيتها فتصيبهم السمنة وتترهل أجسادهم لتطابق حال عقولهم.
وتعود أقدم الدلائل المخطوطة عن زيت الزيتون إلى رُقمٍ عثر عليها في مدينة إيبلا السورية بالقرب من حلب، التي تصارع البقاء اليوم في وجه أعتى فاشيات العالم، وتعجّ بأشجار الزيتون أيضاً. وقد احتوت هذه الرقم على معلومات تشير إلى أن الزيتون وزيته كان واحداً من أعمدة اقتصاد هذه الممكلة، وبأن الأسرة المالكة كانت تمتلك ما يقارب نصف جرار الزيت المتوفرة، مما يحدو إلى القول بأن زيت الزيتون حينها كان مرادفاً قوياً لشركات الاتصال الخلوي، ووكالات السيارات وآبار النفط التي تمتلك عائلة الأسد معظمها.
ويمنح الإغريق، الذين يلاقي كثير من السوريين مصير الغرق أو الاعتقال في سبيل الوصول إلي بلادهم اليوم، الزيتونَ مكانة عالية في ثقافتهم؛ فشجرة الزيتون هي رمز الحكمة، التي غابت عن العالم كلياً منذ استخدام الأسد الكيماوي ضدّ أطفال الغوطة، وإعلان أوباما عن خطّه الأحمر الشهير.
وغصن الزيتون هو رمز السلام، الذي لم ننعم به يوماً.
وكان زيت الزيتون يقدم كهدية فاخرة للملوك، وكانت رؤوس الرياضيين تزين بتيجان من أغصانه، وهي اليوم تقطع على يد جلادي الأحزاب الفاشية.
وقد احتلت شجرة الزيتون مكانة رفيعة عند الكنعانيين والفينيقيين، والفراعنة الذين يعدون أول من استخرج زيت الزيتون بطرق ميكانيكية، لا علاقة للسيسي الذي عاش على الماء عشرة أعوام بها!
ونرى غضن الزيتون اليوم في أعلام الأمم المتحدة، والجامعة العربية، ومؤسسات ومنظمات كثيرة أخرى، ما يدل على مكانة هذه الشجرة في ثقافات الكثير من الشعوب، وعلى ما آلت إليه أحوالها من مهانة في ضوء قدرة تلك المنظمات على إحقاق السلام والعدل، وبثّ الأمل الذي تمثله الشجرة تلك في حياة طفل سوري واحد ينتزع من تحت الأنقاض ليموت من أنقذه في غارة أخرى بعد قليل!
والزيتون مصدر زيت الزيتون الذي لا يخلو منه بيت سوري، أو بيت في حوض المتوسط على العموم. ولزيت الزيتون مكانة رفيعة في مطابخ هذه المنطقة، ويقترن بالزعتر في بلاد الشام، وقد اشتهرت حلب، التي يُحاصَر أبناؤها ويسامون أشدّ أنواع القتل والفتك والتجويع، دون سواها من مدن سوريا، بصناعة الأحمر منه، وهو يختلف عن الزعتر الأخضر الذي تشتهر به مدن وقرى فلسطين، التي سرقتها “إسرائيل” وشردت أهلها. ومن الزعتر تصنع (المناقيش)، وهي خبز يوضع عليه مزيج من زيت الزيتون والزعتر، ويخبز ثم يؤكل ساخناً برفقة كوب من الشاي على الأغلب، أو عبوة عصير (بونجوس) في مدارس دمشق في الثمانينات وما قبلها؛ حيث حرمت الضائقة الاقتصادية الناجمة عن سياسات حافظ الأسد السوريين من أنواع العصائر والشوكولا والسمنة والمحارم والإلكترونيات لعقدين كاملين.
وشجرة الزيتون تعمّر كثيراً، ويُقال بأن غوطة دمشق، التي ثارت على القمع والاستبداد ودفعت ثمناً باهظاً لذلك، تضمّ أشجار زيتون لازالت حية، زرعت في عهد النبي محمد، وتُسمى بالنبوية، وقد ضمّت في الماضي أكبر عدد من هذه الأشجار في سوريا إلى أن تفوقت عليها إدلب، وحلب ودرعا في ذلك.
وقد طال أشجار الزيتون في سوريا ما طال أهلها في هذه المحنة القاسية، فلم تنجُ ممن جعلها حطباً للتدفئة، وطال الكثيرَ منها الإهمالُ والتعب والمرض بسبب ظروف الحرب القاسية، وتراجع عددها على نحو كبير، كرفاق عمرها السوريين.
لكن الزيتون بقي حاضراً في الثورة كرمز للسلام والتغيير والحرية والقدرة على الإبداع، و(زيتون وزيتونة) كانت أول مجلة للطفولة في سوريا الثورة، و(زيتون) هي جريدة تعنى بشؤون السوريين وثورتهم، ونحن بانتظار مجلة جديدة يطلق عليها اسم (زيت وزعتر) لاستكمال العلاقة بين ثورة سوريا ومطبخها.
أما زيتونة الثورة فهي رزان زيتونة، تلك الشجرة المثمرة أبداً، والتي فاضت خيراً ونبلاً وتضحيةً على وطننا القتيل، وتشبثت بجذورها فيه طويلاً حتى طالتها يد الغدر، وتمكن منها خفافيش الظلام، فغيبوها لأنها أكثر نضارةً منهم، وأكثر صلابة منهم، لكنهم لم يغيبوا ظلّها، ولا رائحتها، ولا صوتها!
