قبل نحو ثلاثة سنوات وتحديداً في التاسع من شهر كانون الأول (ديسمبر) من العام 2013، اقتيدت رزان زيتونة وناظم حمادي وسميرة الخليل ووائل حمادة إلى جهة مجهولة.
اليوم يمضي ثلاثة أعوام على اختطافهم دون معرفة أية معلومات عنهم. حتى هذه اللحظة لايزال مصيرهم مجهولاً؛ ولا يعلم أحد مكان احتجازهم أو إن كانوا لايزالون على قيد الحياة!
الرفاق الأربعة كانوا ناشطين بارزين في مجال حقوق الإنسان. عملوا طيلة سنوات قبل وبعد اندلاع حركة الاحتجاجات في سورية، لكنهم اختطفوا عشية ذكرى اليوم العالمي لحقوق الإنسان؛ ومع احتفال العالم بهذه الذكرى في 10 كانون الأول (ديسمبر) من كل عام، يكون قد مرّ (1080) يوم على اختطافهم.
رمزية تاريخ الاختطاف وتوقيته، كانت بمثابة رسالة إلى نشطاء حقوق الإنسان والمجتمع المدني في سوريا، مفادها: “أنّ العدالة والحريات لا مكان لها في زمن الحروب”.
في سنة 2005 انتقلت إلى العاصمة السورية دمشق طلباً للدراسة، وقتئذ كنت أنشط بمجال حقوق الإنسان، وتعرفت على الشخصيات الأربعة.
المحامية والمدافعة عن حقوق الإنسان رزان زيتونة، من مواليد دمشق سنة 1977. تخرجت من كلية الحقوق بجامعة دمشق عام 1999، وفي سنة 2001 بدأت عملها كمحامية تحت التدريب.
منذ ذاك اليوم، وهبت رزان نفسها للدفاع عن المعتقلين والمعارضين السياسيين، كانت تترافع أمام المحكمة العسكرية بدمشق، وتتابع قضاياهم في دوائر القضاء المدني ومحكمة أمن الدولة العليا.
وفي كل يوم إثنين من الأسبوع كانت رزان تذهب إلى مقر محكمة أمن الدولة القريب من ساحة السبع بحرات وسط دمشق، لتستمع إلى شكاوى أهالي المعتقلين المحالين إلى المحكمة سيئة الصيت، وتوثق حالاتهم وطريقة الاعتقال وجمع المعلومات الخاصة بهم.
وبعد انطلاق الانتفاضة الشعبية المناهضة لنظام الحكم في سوريا بداية ربيع عام 2011، كانت رزان من بين مؤسسي/ات لجان التنسيق المحلية، وفيما بعد أسست مركز توثيق الانتهاكات.
إلا أن الملاحقة الأمنية من قبل أجهزة المخابرات السورية، أفقدتها قدرتها على التحرك والتنقل؛ الأمر الذي دفعها للهروب والنزوح إلى مدينة دوما، مسقط رأس شريك حياتها وائل حمادة، وبقيت في دوما قرابة ثمانية أشهر، بعدها اختطفت مع زوجها وسميرة وناظم، ولا يزال مصيرهم مجهولاً لحد الآن.
أما الناشطة سميرة الخليل، وهي من مواليد قرية المخرم فوقاني 1961، والتي تنحدر من مدينة حمص وسط سوريا، فقد أمضت أربع سنوات في سجون نظام الأسد الأب بين عامي 1987-1991.
التقيت بها في 17 تشرين الأول (أكتوبر) من العام 2006، يومها كانت ذكرى اليوم الدولي للقضاء على الفقر. نظمنا اجتماعاً بمكتب الصحافي والكاتب السوري فايز سارة، مع عدد آخر من الأصدقاء للبحث في إمكانية إطلاق جمعية تعنى بالفقر، وتقديم مبادرات وأفكار لمشاريع صغيرة ومتوسطة لتعيل الأسر والعوائل الفقيرة، سيما بالريف السوري. سميرة وبحكم تجربتها بعد خروجها من المعتقل، كانت لديها عشرات الأفكار.
بيد أنّ سميرة بقيت متوارية عن الأنظار بين عامي 2011 و2013، لأنّها كانت مطلوبة لأجهزة المخابرات السورية. وفي 18 أيار (مايو) من العام 2013 قررت سميرة الهروب إلى غوطة دمشق الشرقية، لتلتحق بزوجها الكتاب السوري ياسين الحاج صالح، ورفيقتها رزان زيتونة حيث سبقاها بفترة قصيرة.
بدأت سميرة تعمل في غوطة دمشق، تروج لحملة المشاريع والورش المنزلية الصغيرة، وكانت نساء وفتيات الغوطة يترددون إليها بمقر مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في دوما، للتدرب والتعلم على إنشاء هذه المشاريع.
لم يدم عمل سميرة طويلاً كونها اختطفت. بقيت هناك نحّو سبعة أشهر فقط. الكثير من الأعمال توقفت، والكثير من النسوة افتقدنها.
وائل حمادة، زوج رزان وشريكها بالنشاط السياسي والحقوقي. اعتُقل وعُذّب مرتين لدى المخابرات الجوّية في دمشق بداية الثورة، لكنه بقي يناضل بالمجال الحقوقي، وعمل على توثيق الانتهاكات والجرائم التي يرتكبها النظام السوري، والفصائل المقاتلة.
وائل من مواليد دوما التابعة لغوطة دمشق الشرقية سنة 1976، قرر أن ينتقل إلى دوما رفقة زوجته بعد خروجه من السجن. وقبل اندلاع الانتفاضة كان وائل يحضر بشكل دوري غالبية جلسات محاكمات المعارضين السياسيين ويتابع قضاياهم.
أما ناظم حمادي عتبر أحد أبرز الناشطين الحقوقيين الذين عملوا قبل الحراك الشعبي وبعده. وهو محام وشاعر عمل في الحقل المدني والحقوقي منذ بدايات ربيع دمشق. وكان متطوعاً في فريق الدفاع عن معتقلي ربيع دمشق وإعلان دمشق.
بقي ناظم في دمشق إلى صيف العام 2013. يعمل ويتنقل بين أزقة دمشق. يلتقي الناشطين والناشطات في لجان التنسيق. كان مطلوباً للمخابرات السورية، مما دفعه أخيراً للالتحاق برفاقه في مدينة دوما، وانضم لفريق مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في دوما. لم يكن قد مضى على وصوله إلى دوما سوى خمسة أشهر حتى اختطف مع باقي رفاقه.
عمل ناظم في بدايات شبابه ممثلاً مسرحياً، قدم مسرحيتين قام بدور البطولة فيهما، لكن لم تلقيا الصدى الذي تمنّاه. كما له ديوان شعر مطبوع.
